Bought our new television for the living room here. We did a pick up order and the employee who came out to our car was very helpful with loading it up. It was a great price too.

If I could I would rate it ZERO. DO NOT purchase from the 3rd party AT&T at Best Buy I spent 4 hours the first day so the AT&T rep can set up my new phone I purchased from them. They told me it would be set up within 12 hours. Next day I try and connect it NOTHING on the new phone kept saying no SIM CARD. Okay, I take it back the next day spent 1 hour with the AT&T rep at Best Buy again for them to say they can't help me and to go the AT&T retail as I am there for another hour they say they can't help me either and to go AT&T CORPORATE spent another 2 hours with them to tell me my number was nonexistent in the system that the 3rd party messed up on there end. Even the AT&T rep at corporate said not to purchase from 3rd parties due to problems like mine and to the return the phones to Best Buy. Today I took the phone back to return it and the AT&T rep doesn't even say sorry or apologize for there mistake and tells the Best Buy rep to put it as a return and walks away like they didn't see that it was a waste of time driving back and forth to do there job, basically!!! Just for a simple activation they couldn't do!! Best Buy didn't even acknowledge there mistake even though they there representing them!! OVER ALL WORST EXPERIENCE!! Again save your time, gas and money. And just go to the AT&T corporate store.

One of the employees sold the Playstation I was supposed to pick up from my online order. Was very upset because we drove all the way out there to be told an employee accidently sold my online order I placed.
