Great team. Happy camper.
I walked into Best Buy genuinely ready to buy a new laptop. The first day, the employee named Rose seemed helpful and cool at first. But when I came back the next day with my final decision, everything changed.
Instead of helping me get the laptop I came for, Rose started bombarding me with credit card offers and trying to push me into subscriptions I didn’t want or ask about. I made it very clear I just wanted to buy my laptop and leave, but he wouldn’t stop. His attitude turned rude and pushy, and was just being weird like extremely weird that it got so uncomfortable that I didn’t even feel good about giving the store my money anymore.
I called him out on his behavior and walked out.
Thankfully, I called a different Best Buy store the one in Orange and they were amazing — no pressure, just helped me get exactly what I wanted, quickly and respectfully. Bought my laptop there and left happy.
If you’re thinking about going to Best Buy just go to the one in Orange it’s much nicer and employees are way better.
