I went ti best buy, and i walked all over the Apple section!! And i went ask for help!! And tge answered the I received was, oh I don’t work in this area!! Oh We are working different department!!! Oh let me help someone else and then Ill be with you!!! Almost one hour!! No body help me!! Best buy soon will be going out of business!! Bad customer service and had people walking and taking around!! But help? No time or difference department!! The person with the purple hair will be able to help you!! I waited and got tired of waiting!! Decided to leave with empty hands!!! One of the guys, asked me, you had any help? And I responded no!! With a very disappointed smile!! And he responded with, oh Im sorry 😒😒😒
