I went on Friday afternoon store was not busy. I had to ask where the universal remotes were in a man showed me where they were but I was offered no assistance as to what I wanted then I had to hunt down batteries and finally asked the guy at the door which was not very friendly. Store employees where too busy talking to each other. Customer Service is a thing of the past.
