It's a great store, just the employees weren't eager to help us...the Geek squad is awesome.

Ordered a freezer and product was delivered today, but completely damaged. Called the store to reschedule as it was needed for a party this weekend and was told they cannot help until the freezer is returned to the store. I needed to call back, even though I provided all details they needed. Their system is meant to help them not the customer. Regardless of outcome, I won't have the product when I need it so very unhappy. Black Friday Fridge and Gas Stove will be purchased from Home Depot or Lowes on 11/28/25. Shameful service.
On vacation I dropped my iPhone and cracked the screen protector. We found the correct replacement and the Geek Squad replaced it for me and assisted my husband with camera lens covers. Very nice employees.
Never again!! Will not buy anything from Best Buy!! Been a customer for years and I paid $293 for a Breville smart oven Pro, which promptly broke five months after purchasing it. I tried to reach out to Breville, but I’m unable to get a hold of them or get them to call me back. Best Buy refused to help me so therefore, I will take my bag of money elsewhere!
