I recently visited Best Buy Tucson spectrum store seeking assistance with returning my TV and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Upon approaching the manager, Monica, I expected to receive help and support, but instead, I felt dismissed and unimportant.
Monica seemed uninterested in addressing my concerns and appeared more focused on getting me out of her way than actually helping me resolve my issue. This lack of customer service was incredibly frustrating, especially when I was looking for genuine assistance.
I left the store feeling undervalued as a customer and disappointed in the service provided. I hope the management can address these issues, as better customer service is essential to retain loyal customers.

I bought a super TV 1296 + tax next day went on special best buy gave me back 322 dollars. We love our TV. Best Buy ROCKS!

Got a laptop I've been needing for school here. The staff member Chris, did a wonderful job of answering any and all questions I had. He was very knowledgeable of the different specs of each laptop, and helped me to compare them all.
