I went to pick up my new phone today but they kept my charger and I'm traveling out of town tonight so now I have to stop by a store to purchase a new one and make time to drive back to best buy upon my return to remind them they kept my charger. Idk if they'll give me back my new one or if they'll misplace it and just pull a used one out of somewhere and hand that one to me. Make sure this doesn't happen to you too.

I purchased a Sony Bravia 8 TV In February 2025 From Costco and they delivered and mounted the TV. In May 2025 I purchased the same exact TV, same model number from Best Buy. It was delivered and mounted by Best Buy. The TV from Costco came with a remote that lights up, the TV remote from Best Buy does not light up. It is an awesome feature when you’re watching TV at night in your living room and it would be an awesome feature to have a remote that lights up in your bedroom. However, Best Buy says Sony does not offer it for the model that I purchased. I argued with the representative from Best Buy. Telling her both TVs are the same model numbers she suggested I call Sony And gave me the phone number. I called Sony explain to them my situation and apparently Costco offers the premium package from Sony for less money. I paid $200 more to purchase from Best Buy then I paid for The Costco TV And I am unable to get a remote that lights up. It was a stupid move on my part to shop at Best Buy, I know. I should’ve Shopped online With Costco again and have it delivered. It just proves to me that Costco is always a better deal. I will not shop at Best Buy ever again. Plus, it’s so frustrating That you can rarely ever speak to a person .
