I don't know how Best Buy stays in business other than that there are so few choices for electronics. I looked online to see what cell phones were available at the Signal Hill store. There were several to choose from within my price range. I went to the store last night in person to check them out. The sales person outright lied. All of the phones that the website said were available, suddenly didn't exist. Surprise! the cheapest phone available cost much more than what the website said. The next day, I tried to call the store. My call was repeatedly rerouted to a call center in foreign country that knew nothing about the store. Finally, I was given an extension to get through to the store. The person that answered said that no manager was on duty, and he refused to transfer the call to the phone sales department. The website has no apparent way of emailing anyone. It appears that Best Buy doesn't care about integrity or its customers.
