Dude I dealt with today was very unprofessional. I seen a deal for $50 off a phone when buying the kit so that’s what I did, well they never took down there old ad and it wasnt going on anymore (ad was mounted to counter) but they gave me $40 off and when I recommended them to take down the sale signs when the sale is over he caught an attitude. I didn’t get his name but he was a foreign person, darker complexion. I work in a store front as well and when my sales are over we take down every sign for this reason. Such a joke and will not be back and will make sure to recommend another place to friends and family completely ridiculous. It is absolutely crazy to go in and get attitude from somebody over saying if the sale is no longer going then it shouldn’t be there? SMH
To update this review my wife went back and dealt with a red hair and bearded dude and he did everything to go above and beyond to make the phone and plan they sold us wouldn’t work with the phone and made sure my wife left with a working phone and I want to make sure he is recognized for this and the other guy knows how bad he did but shout out
