This store sucks. They can't even get a simple pick up order picked in one day.
And no I will not reach out to you through social media. Screw your social media review so you can still not help anyone.

Has everything I need most of the time
First, I would like to say how helpful and courteous the floor customer personnel were during my visit. A pickup order of three major kitchen appliances was no small request on a Friday afternoon. They were willing to accommodate and help load two of the three items purchased, with the understanding that I would soon return with my unloaded vehicle in short order.
My complaint: while waiting in the instructed loading location, the Manager approaches and, in summary, I am not allowed to pick up any items unless all items purchased are picked up as he is standing beside my vehicle. My vehicle will obviously only hold two items, maximum. Sorry, but I should have ordered from the store location. No delivery option available from store, even with extra monetary compensation.
Summary: purchased/paid for items are being held due to "store policy." Refusal to hand over any items due to Best Buy policy.
2 stars denotes overall experience. Customer service from floor staff would have been 5 stars.

Recently moved here and am thoroughly dissapointed with bestbuy as a whole.
Bought a pair of samsung earbuds from here that stopped working 5 days after they could be exchanged. Neither Best Buy or Samsung is willing to help me with the matter so both companies have lost my business.
