Customer service is terrible. Went in yesterday looking for something and I couldn’t find an employee I asked 3 people to help me find an adapter and all of them told me to look in the same section and were unwilling to look for me. I gave up on the adapter after 25 minutes and went to purchase the item I initially came for. The item said in stock online but when I went to the front with the card to purchase it and the guy went to look for it he came back shortly and said it was sold out. When I asked if he’s sure because it said it was on the app, he said he could order it online as he was walking away. They rarely have the items I need in store and the employees are very rude. You can find everything online for cheaper with faster shipping then best but on Amazon. Don’t waste your time!
