I went into this store, physically saw a TV I liked, and was told it was the last one in stock. I purchased it on the spot and was assured it would be held for me to pick up the next day. Later, I received an email saying it was no longer available—meaning they sold the same TV I had already paid for to someone else. When I spoke with the store manager, no real resolution was offered beyond waiting or going to another location. Very disappointing experience and poor customer service.

Best Buy promised me same-day delivery. Instead, they postponed to next month. Now, even after hours of talking to customer service, Best Buy won't deliver my TV, won't let me pick up my TV, won't cancel my order, and won't give me a discount. Best Buy took my money, and gave me nothing. I will never again go to the Best Buy in Dorchester/South Bay. Consider this a warning!
