How do I check product availability at the South Bay Center Best Buy?
BestBuy.com will have the latest product availability information. Check back frequently, as product availability may change. Call Center agents are not able to provide guidance on inventory levels.

My friend Theresa went to Best Buy at South Bay Mall to buy a female USB to male USB-C SKU 6585442 on Nov. 12, 2025. Two rude sales staff were not at all helpful even though she had a photo of what she wanted and one of them told her she would have to buy this product at a Micro Center store and sent her away. My friend called me for help so I heard how rude these 2 men were. I later looked online and confirmed that product was available in the store. I paid $5 for shipping for the product so she would not have to go back to the store. You need to train your staff to be more courteous!
