How do I check product availability at the Vallejo Best Buy?
BestBuy.com will have the latest product availability information. Check back frequently, as product availability may change. Statuses such as Sold Out or Check Stores may update throughout the season. Products displayed as Sold Out, In Store Only, or Check Stores cannot be ordered by phone. Call Center agents are not able to provide guidance on inventory levels.
How do I check my order status?
Visit the Order Status page and enter the order number (from your order confirmation email), plus the last name and phone number you used to place the order. If you have an account, you can also access your orders from your Account overview after you sign in.

This is a very disappointing store to shop. Employees seem to be more engaged with one another than helping customers. The worst was at checkout. Veronica was the rudest person I have dealt with in a long time. Sometimes i think oh it’s because the person is young and doesn’t know better. That was clearly not the issue here. I haven’t shopped here at this store before and I didn’t know there were no cashiers to check out with. It was on the online customer service desk to ring me up. I asked because I didn’t know. She rudely said here. Then as associates came by she was having full on conversations with them. Worse thing to do in front of a customer. Then she was extremely snapping with me throughout the interaction. When she was done I had to ask if I get a bag? She then said oh you want a bag? I said yes if you would have asked. And she replied I’m asking now! Wow really. I know she clearly hates her job but there is no reason for her bad manners. I will never shop there again. Someone really needs to give her some training on customer service skills.

Stepped foot in this place for the first time in years and they told me I couldn't return a tv here that it has to be the place I purchased at which was a total lie! I was able to return it to another Best Buy 15 miles away. Terrible customer service.
