Althogh the selection at this Best Buy is not the best in the bay area. The customer service is. Everyone working here is friendly easy to talk to and helpfull . I really enjoy the customer service at this location in Pinole.

I was there to possibly purchase some car audio equipment, no one ever came to the department. The store was not busy at all, I don't think there were 10 patrons there. I waited 15 minutes and no one ever came over. The only person that spoke to me was the security as I entered and exited the store. That's my second time receiving the exact same treatment from that store. I will never go there again, I purchased my equipment elsewhere and will have it installed elsewhere. Negative 5 stars Best Buy, no wonder people are going to online purchasing.

The employees were very prompt, respectful, patient, and professional. We bought an item & they answered all of our questions. The employees and security guards at front greeted everyone that entered and left.
