Good Best Buy and good workers

Paid $700 to get a new car speaker installed. Maybe 3/4 months later it doesn’t power on and they want to charge me $100 to even look at it. This place is a scam.
I didn't voluntarily make a purchase from this store; BestBuy.com sourced a TV from their location. It was delivered broken, returned by the installation team, and for days sitting in a warehouse in Wheaton waiting for a manager to log it so we can make an exchange. Awful business practices.

Its clean and orderly in here but there are barely enough employees to help shoppers. I asked two employees for help and they both told me to just go ask the woman in the back.
