Have a bad experience with this best buy.
For buying my refrigerator:
Service haul away/delivery person is rude and not customer trained. Called me that they are 10mins away. Without any prior notice. I said I am 20 mins away, he said yes thats fine. And when i got there, hes nowhere to be found. Didnt even give a courtesy call.

Geek squad has been terrible. They were supposed to install a camera in my van. Two visits later, there are components not working in my van still which resulted from their work. It's impossible to get a manager on the phone.
