I was to receive a new TV shipment from my warranty company that was stolen upon delivery. After dealing with the warranty folks and the delivery company, I was told to talk to Best Buy to setup up delivery. When we went to the store, details were still confused. We finally got help from the store manager, who was able to find the paper trail and work things out. In the end, she arranged for another TV to be sent out. Funny thing, the TV was delivered the next evening. When we asked about the doorbell cameras, she was able to supply all the details. We bought the Ring system. We are so thankful for her and her staff's help !! That was the Best experience we ever had in a long time. I would recommend this store to anyone !! 😀👍
Very nice guy in the TV department
The young man that assisted my sale made a definite impression. He was a bit distracted. He asked for my phone number and when I began telling him, he stopped me and said, "No, your phone number." I replied, "That is what I'm giving you, it begins with an area code, and I'm not from this area." On futher review of my receipt it appears that the wrong price was entered compared with the posted advertised price. Sigh! It is still a good deal, and $15 does not inspire me to face the drive or the heat. Best Buy is still a good place to purchase electronics. But we are still feeling the customer service decline from 2020. It's time to truly come back.
