Incredibly disappointed to hear the employees talking about checking each other out for Chaos Rising products right before I got to the counter only to be told they had none. It's already hard enough combating scalpers. Do better, management.

Great experience with ordering online and curbside pick up. Item was in stock and I received a text for pick up before the expected due date. Pick up went fairly smoothly even though I did not have the code from my phone. Staff accepted my ID and email receipt and placed the item in my trunk.

German did a great job helping me with installing my sub. Thank you! The whole process was not easy. I was sent to a different best buy for the original install. The first technician didn’t know what he was doing and instead of communicating that, he connected wires where he felt like it. This resulted in multiple electrical issues for my vehicle AND my new speaker was blown. Best buy sent me on a wild goose chase trying to fix the issue. In order to resolve anything i needed to PAY to schedule the appointment. They tried to send me back to the original location (Owning Mills) for them to fix as they called “their problem”. When I refused to let them touch my vehicle again they sent me to the best buy in Annapolis. On the morning of my appointment with Annapolis the technician calls me and tells me he doesn’t have experience and wouldn't be able to help. I already had to drive an hour away to get there. Then they sent me to the best buy in Wheaton which was about another hour drive away. German has many years of experience and did a very good job taking care of me. He got everything rewired and got the other best buy to pay for another sub for me. He is the ONLY reason I am leaving 4 stars, best buy customer service deserves a -1 star. The only compensation I received for all this drama was what I originally paid for, The sub installed into the car. I have evidence of taking my car to the mechanic several times and spending thousands of dollars trying to fix a problem they created. The only thing best buy would give me is a replacement sub for what they broke. They even made me sign a paper saying I was not allowed to make an insurance claim on the rest of the damage to my vehicle. Apparently best buy doesn't take accountability for “their problems” and is ok with putting their customers at risk on the road.
