I made an appointment to get a new battery for my Iphone 8. When I came in, they told me that they didn't have the older batteries in stock, and I'd have to leave the phone there for 2 days. They couldn't order without leaving the phone there. Then they wanted me to lock the phone, and this required an apple password that I did not have on hand. Bunch BS. They could have told me all that when I made the appointment. I'm taking it somewhere else.

Horrible customer service! The manager JOSE was no help and gave me no option for a return that was only a couple days late I was not in town to make the return possible due to an emergency. This was so unfair!
