I had an extremely disappointing experience at the Best Buy on Wheaton Georgia Avenue, MD. A customer service employee told me I needed to pay him $40 simply to ask about Wi-Fi seating, which was inappropriate and concerning. After requesting a manager, I waited nearly two hours, only to receive no resolution. The employee disappeared, failed to return when called, and I ultimately wasted half my day. The service was unprofessional, inefficient, and far below Best Buy’s standards.

I really wish I could give this location zero stars. I went in yesterday morning, trying to buy Pokémon, and I asked the young female associate working what all products they had available. She showed me a variety of products except for the Elite trainer box. I bought a booster bundle And after I finish my purchase, I asked about the elite trainer box. She walked over to the bin and pulled it out, but the employee next to her Said that you can only buy one Pokémon item. This is completely wrong and unfair. The employees are literally hiding products from customers. How am I supposed to know what you have available if you don't show me everything. Absolutely disgusting
Good service and products. But sometimes one may have to stand in line for sometime. The staff are doing their best to serve though.
