I highly recommend Best Buy for their fair prices and excellent service. The experience was smooth and professional. I also want to praise their technician, Dereck, who serves Montgomery and PG County, Maryland. With over 27 years of experience, he is skilled, courteous, and detail-oriented. He installed my window AC perfectly and ensured everything worked well. Highly recommended!

The customer service is really bad. Is a store to buy little accessory is fast but if two or more person need help to buy the correct laptop or correct cables to create a audiovisual system, is very slow because they don't have enough especialist employees. One hour just to ask and buy a special cable. No good.

This store marked a dishwasher as excellent condition, meaning it had all parts. Once I got it home and opened it, I found it was missing parts. Best Buy absolutely refuses to help either by adjust the condition to Fair as would be appropriate or to offer a replacement part or to offer a credit to purchase the missing part.

Terrible customer service. I was sold a damaged 65 inch TV and waited more than 30 minutes for an exchange. Won't recommend this location.
