What can I say, it's Best Buy, America's favorite big kids toy store. When making a purchase of large items, it's comforting to have Best Buy standing behind it. I normally buy their protection plans, and over the years I've had them replace several items with no hassle. In my experience when it comes to customer service, their answer is always
YES!
The guy who sells the AT&T fiber is horrible and not professional at all. He approached me and I told him several times that I do NOT want what he's offering and that I have service, he kept asking me where I was from and my SSN to check if I owe AT&T anything. He asked me if I knew what the difference between fiber and Wifi and when I said yes I do he still proceeded to explain the difference which was totally wrong! He has no idea what the difference is! After really annoying and uncomfortable situation whatever offer he came out with was more than what I'm paying now, he STILL proceeded to try to schedule the installation to which at that point I told him to really stop and end it. He is not a professional at all, I would never ever accept what he's offering even if it's for free! Avoid that guy and what he says, he doesn't know what "No!" means.
I don’t often leave reviews but I was so pleasantly surprised by the help we got from Paul K. that I decided to take the time. We went to the store looking for a TV expecting the staff to try to up sell us things we did not want or need, but he helped us find something better than what we were looking for for less than what we were expecting to pay. Good service is often hard to come by, so thanks!
