Worst best buy experience. Only one person remotely seems to know what he's doing. I had to explain to a cashier how to do a return exchange for a customer in the line in front of me because he had no clue. Most of the cashiers stand around waiting for the one associate to tell them how to do something. Clueless employees make the shopping terrible. A line developed because of it.
For my transaction, I had a simple return with the receipt. I was the second person in line waited a good 10 to 15 minutes. During the transaction, the associate tried to give me store credit without me knowing. I asked him if he needed my card, that's when he mentioned the store credit tender. This is unacceptable. Employees are to tell customers which tender is available for the return. He tried to slyly give me a store credit. What kind of customer service is that? It was a substantial purchase.
Can you guys hire people who have a clue instead of hiring friends who are poorly trained?
