Wait time for a salesperson could be longer than usual..i planned to purchase a 65" Samsung TV.. I made two trips to store to request my salesman Spencer who described the two tvs i may consider. I visited Sams Club to price compare. Found a reduction.two days later i took it in to store with price tag shown on my cellphone. I requested if Spencer was working that afternoon. Yes the price match was approved. He explained this particular model would fit on my home console. His recommended if I woulb be interested in opening BestBuy Visa card whereby on this purchase date I slso receuve $20 certificate. So i applied. Happy i did..I complement this employee highly for his patience, knowlege of the product and time he spent to make my transaction an easy and pleasant one. Keep up the good work. I will return definitely. Will request Spencer again. Thank you for his excellent service.

This is now the second time I've preordered a major console video game from Best Buy, had my money taken, and then been told they couldn't provide the product I already paid for.
Someone needs to explain what the purpose of a preorder is supposed to be. The entire point of preordering is to guarantee a copy of the game on release. If you're going to take customers' money and then fail to have enough inventory to fulfill those orders, your preorder system is completely broken.
What's even more frustrating is that after Best Buy failed to deliver on my preorder, I walked into Walmart and bought the game right off the shelf with zero issues. Think about how ridiculous that is. A customer who reserved and paid in advance couldn't get their copy, but a random walk-in customer at another retailer could.
This wasn't a one-time mistake—it's happened twice. At that point it's not bad luck, it's incompetence. Taking preorders you can't fulfill defeats the entire purpose of offering preorders in the first place.
Best Buy has completely lost my trust when it comes to game launches. If I can't rely on a preorder to secure a copy, there's no reason to preorder from them at all. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
