I was in a few days ago to get a TV for my son and this is one of the nicest best buys i've ever had the pleasure of shopping in. The workers were very exceptional and extremely accommodating when answering questions. Harith was a stand out employee among the rest and went above and beyond and I was very satisfied with his patience and diligence.

I prefer to shop in a store vs online whenever possible. Hands on type. Had exactly what I wanted and even saved me $60 compared to online pricing. Sometimes offerings online are not always up to date. Glad I went to the store.

I'm torn here as I like thr products, but truly wished the employees knew what they had in stock and communicated better. I was pretty excited about a computer Garret let me know about. He said everything I needed to hear, but then assured me that the Galleria Mall had what I wanted when the Hanburg location was out and told me I could pick up my laptop immediately there so I paid for it at this store. I then drove all the way out to get my laptop, only to find they don't have my order and then tried to sell me a different one. That was kind of frustrating, because I took the time to decide on the one I did purchase. To have someone offer me something different and then tell me one in stock doesn't mean they have it was not only inconvenient but this isn't the first time this has happened! How is it Alaska stores messed up monitors over a year ago and now a laptop in NY?! Something is wrong with best buys ability to navigate their inventory! They need to actually call other stores and ask if they have a product before sending someone in the future. Their system may need an upgrade but these two times I make expensive purchases and this happens is just unfortunately as well as disappointing. With the money the company makes they can take the time to prioritize the customer and not their sales.
