I went in for a new laptop and was greeted immediately at the door. They called a specialist over (Brandon?) and I explained what I was looking for, and my price range. I'm not a computer expert, and I was treated with respect, not spoken down to. While suggestions were made, I didn't feel high pressure. I recommend Best Buy Hamburg.

I bought all my electronics at bestbuy. I recently Bought a printer on bestbuy credit card. They had no record of the transaction, nor would service the printer. Seriously what a joke. Poor customer service, store shelving is bare. Buying online only now.
I cannot say enough nice things about this place. Two employees stayed after hours tonight to make sure one of my kids got her computer up and running.
