I had ordered a $500 piece of computer equipment from here. Shipping issues caused it to be stuck in transit, so I called and had it replaced with another. Lo and behold, the first order gets unstuck, so I'm sitting there, almost $1000 in the pit. I freak out and start calling the national Customer Service line. They tried to be helpful... I end up going to this location and I work with the employee Kyle. Lovely man. Got everything worked out for me and in under 10 minutes. The store is spotless, up-to-date, and bursting with kind staff members that want to help you. It's also in a really nice outlet with other fun things to do as well. Again, shoutout my guy, Kyle. You made me and my grandmother's whole month!
