I returned a brand new laptop to exchange it for a higher end, more expensive unit. I had a price patch from Amazon, which LaShasta, a supervisor, acknowledged she had to match. But they said they would only give me within $50 of the price match. I showed the Best Buy policy on the website and she said she didn’t care what I showed her. This was personal to her. Absolutely terrible customer service and a horrible attitude. She had a grin that she was so happy to tell me she wasn’t going to honor it. Disgusting behavior.
