Took me 30 minutes and the AP team to help me. Stood in car audio for over 30 minutes, and the only thing that happened was AP'S came over to help me buy a radio. Like I was trying to break in, after asking for help lol. This is by far, the worst best buy in Denver.

My boyfriend and I purchased an open box Samsung tv here, and we both were looking forward to bringing it home. We drove home ten minutes after they helped us load it into our truck. When we got home and opened it, we started to lift it out of the box and took the protective styrofoam padding off the top. We noticed right away under the padding that the screen was cracked, right near it was a sticker that said “inspected” We decided to not finish taking it out of the box and went to exchange it the next day. The manager (Jose) claimed that they couldn’t do anything to help us, they actually wouldn’t even apologize and blamed it on us that the tv was broken. We were super careful transporting it. They said they couldn’t do any returns with physical damage yet when they went to check if it turned on in the store, it wouldn’t at all. So the TV clearly had physical AND internal damage, and they refused to do anything to help us. Be careful purchasing electronics here, as the customer service was super poor. I also read these reviews and saw that this happened to someone else. Thankfully we went to another location close by and they were sorry for what happened and how we were treated and they exchanged the damaged tv with no questions asked. Worst best buy location I’ve ever shopped at. Worst customer service I’ve seen from a manager.

Do not go here do not get anything from this store they are unhelpful and have terrible customer service. Jose the manger refused to allow me to return or exchange the open box tv I purchased yesterday, insisting that even though I didn’t take it out of the package I broke it. I am working with corporate to have the issue resolved but man this Best Buy location is the worst. Only good one in there was a doorman who agreed it was a messed up situation and should be resolved. I didn’t even get the tv out of the box or packaging before seeing the damaged underneath.
Update. I literally brought the tv to another Best Buy and they were super kind and helped me right away, they were super friendly and let me exchange the TV RIGHT AWAY.
