I went to the store to get a printer I stood around for about 10 minutes nobody acknowledged me at all the stores empty so nobody's doing nothing so when I had a question about an ink cartridge I looked at somebody who was maybe 15 feet from me and he was talking to somebody and asked if I had any questions and I said yes and he said he pass me on to somebody else who never came once again the store was wide open so it's like nobody there wanted to do their job so I guess Best Buy doesn't want to make no money and Walmart is right next door so guess where I went? Definitely my last time going there

This Best Buy compared to others in the city that are nearby don't compare it to the customer service that this one has. Online orders are quick easy and the pickup process is quick and painless and easy. This store needs to be the model for other stores on the online ordering and pick up process
