Just to let you know: "Calling the store" is not a thing anymore with Best Buy. If you call the number listed, it is immediately redirected to a service group that IS NOT at the location you are trying to contact. Those people ARE NOT store associates, who might be able to answer simple questions or verify product on hand. Those days are long gone. If you want to speak to a live store associate, you need to set an appointment through the main website. Did you hear me? MAKE AN APPOINTMENT! Otherwise, you just walk through the doors and take your chances that one of them is either just coming back from a break or arriving for a shift. WHAT A MESS!!
