I've never had a better experience than I did here! Special thanks to Jesse for taking care of me. My phone pretty much got obliterated off the Earth, and I had some trouble acquiring a new phone both from my provider and from Walmart. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by the team that works here and Jesse made quick work of helping me find a phone that works best for what I was looking for. He also helped me sign up for a card through them, which typically I'm wary of, but he explained the benefits and how it works well enough that I felt safe to go ahead and sign up. Not only was he super helpful, but he was great to chat with super personable guy! If anyone deserves some sort of praise or bonus from higher-ups it's definitely this guy. Kudos to other workers I interacted with as well, everyone was super nice to me!
I went in looking to buy a new fridge. Ken was very helpful and thorough in explaining the different features/things to look out for when buying a fridge and did a great job answering questions. He made sure I felt sure in making such a big purchase. Overall I had a great experience!
Usually the people in the store are good, the phone people absolutely suck. I tried buying a printer in the store and the sales guy had no clue, had to keep looking things up on his phone. He tried to sell me a more expensive one and there was one on sale right in front of him. I walked out and bought a printer at Staples.
