I had a terrible experience at this store. I purchased Pokémon Legends ZA through the app using five $10 reward certificates ($50 total). On October 31st, I went to the Mansfield location to return the game and was told the $50 would be reissued to my Best Buy account within a few days. It’s been weeks, and I still haven’t received it.
Now Best Buy support is saying that, per policy, I can’t get those certificates back — even though the employee at the store guaranteed I would. I only returned the game based on that assurance; otherwise, I wouldn’t have returned a $70 game just to lose $50 in rewards and get only $20 back.

Hi, Nelson,
Thanks for sharing your review about the return of your Pokémon Legends ZA. We would be happy to take a look into the concern of those rewards.

Night staff have no care for customer or job. Manager has no presence to direct. Too busy goofing off. 3 people standing in line at the only register "open"with no clerks at it. IT guy walks off rather than helping. Front desk "customer service" stand at the desk and stair (3 people). And yell over to all of us. " Hay we are getting someone"? One register open don't you think if it's open you should have someone there already? Buy somewhere else.
Wow - showed up 3 minutes before closing - poor guy brought my 43 inch TV out to my car promptly - thank you so much! I feel guilty!
I love this Best Buy! It is one of the best in the area, and the people are SO nice, especially Wendy!!
