If I could give zero stars, I would.
This was one of the most disappointing retail experiences I’ve ever had — not just because of the poor service, but because of the sneakiness and evasive behavior of the staff. I purchased an undamaged item, but when I tried to return or exchange it at the Mansfield store, I was told it was damaged — a clear attempt to push the responsibility to the original store. They flat-out refused to process the exchange and turned us away twice, despite the website and customer service saying it should be a straightforward return.
To make matters worse, the staff seemed trained to avoid eye contact or interaction if they sensed a customer was unhappy or needed help. It’s incredibly frustrating to deal with a store where no one takes accountability and where policies are selectively applied to avoid doing the right thing. This store clearly values convenience for themselves over basic customer respect. Avoid if you can.
