Made an order with best buy.com. on the phone 1.5 hours then get an email my items were ready for pickup. Go to the store and they tell me the item was never ordered. They suggest I cancel the order and reorder through the store. I was told my items would be there 5 days later . Check my order status and it says it won't be there for another 5 days . I laid $179 for their total membership which says you get expired shipping. Called customer support and going in circles. Spent ta couple thousand in the past two weeks at best buy and they can't get things right Extremely frustrated and disappointed. Best to buy your products to a place that delivers vs gives you the rin around.
Very helpful staff as soon as you walk in. Very polite, quick and courteous.
Staff was very helpful. The item I was looking for was mislabeled though. So it was more work for them.
Hopefully Best Buy can start carrying more PC building and DIY components.
We went in because we’re on vacation and I forgot my computer power cord, they had options and someone was available to help me, now I say that because, my friends, we either need to shop at physical stores or decide to let them go,
The staff is smaller and usually to busy to help, I really want to go to the store, most of my appliances and all my TVs are from Best Buy, my laptops and tablets are from Best Buy’s, either hire more people or shrink your stores.
