Don't bother preordering games! On release date they will not have your preorder available and you'll have to wait a week after release to pick it up. What's the point of preordering if you still have to wait a week after every other retailer has them? Plus if I wanted to change the item to shipping instead, now I'm being charged for the item again....

As an agent of my company. I visited this location. To absolutely by a laptop. I was looked at. Yet revived zero service
Sorry, but the sale went somewhere else. I was treating like a non person. The only customer service I received. Was by the guy man that greeted me at the door. I and the company I work for. Will never do business at this location.

I just left the store. Spent 45 minutes looking at laptops.
Not one employee acknowledged me or asked if I needed help. They were very caught up in talking with each other.
Check your security footage if you don’t believe me.
