Don’t use the geek squad!!! No communication at all. Went here to have my battery replaced because my phone was saying no battery found. They took my money said my phone would be ready the next day by 4pm. I arrive to the fact that my phone is not repaired and the only tech who works on iPhones is out sick. They don’t know when they can fix my phone. The manager then tells me the tech had a family emergency and that’s why he couldn’t fix my phone. NO ONE called me to let me k ow they couldn’t fix my phone and when my husband called to ask if my phone was ready they said not yet. No one told him about the tech being sick. Now my battery is working fine and didn’t need a battery at all. A bunch of crooks here. Don’t use them!!! Even now while waiting for a refund still not communicating to me.

We wanted to buy a new TV for our family room. I'd researched on line but wanted to see them in person, We went to the Bradenton store and Ian was so amazing. He answered all our questions and helped us decide on the best TV for our needs. We ordered it online when we got home as I wanted to earn rewards points from my shopping site. The order and delivery were set up quickly and our TV was delivered right on schedule by two very friendly and polite young men. We love the Roku 65 inch Select TV and could not be happier with Best Buy Bradenton staff (Ian) and their delivery contractor.

We buy a computer online to pick up in the store, using a debit card, they remove the money and they put the order on hold because they need to do a verification of identity first. (RIDICULOUS I don't see the purpose) We need to cancel the order at the store and pay again, because they don't return the money to the card immediately, I'll take around two to three days to show up in your account!!! Customer service was awesome at the store! But I would not recommend to buy online to pickup!
