Buying a laptop can be a daunting challenge,with Co-Pilot 365 AI on the market and a literal glut of normal laptops I felt confused. I had ordered a Lenovo Thinkpad promised to me in just a few days, but then they moved it a month out, siting chips for the Ultra Core 7 were holding things up. Working from home does not care if your laptop died. I decided to go to Best Buy. His name is Carlos and he should be employee of the year. Carlos is the super Hero in the blue shirt that will have you watching your Billie videos and working in no time. His knowledge is quite impressive. You tell him what you want and he will tell you what you need. Thanks Carlos for that! He is a stand up guy. He carefully considered not only my needs but budget. I’m grateful to him because I love my Dell laptop.

Extremely unprofessional conduct from customer service representative and manager. Please avoid this Best Buy location at all costs. I came here to drop off a 50 inch TV that I had ordered from Best buy through Amazon and which was broken when arrived. I requested a return on the day I received the item and I was shown that I am eligible to return the item at best buy store (please see the screenshot) However, despite asking the customer service representatives and manager to do their job, which is to accept the return which they are obliged to, they refused to receive the return item. I first encountered the customer service representative who was unable to find my order despite having the access to all the details. After 30 minutes she simply asked me to go away and contact Amazon. After I asked for a supervisor, while the supervisor was able to find the order, the refused to accept the item because it was "broken". Obviously it is broken which is why I am returning it you genius. If it were not broken, why would I end up hauling a 50 inch television all around the city in my car. All the representatives refused to accept the package which they were obliged to under their agreement with Amazon and were rude and dismissive.

The closest Best Buy store for me, however; their selection and variety of accessories is heavily apple products and not samsung or any other android.
