When you walk in the door they greet you with great customer service, they know what you're talking about and then if not then we will get another associate to help what does situation

Three stars for the young lady who checked me out although I had a bad experience with the young lady @ the 1st rigerster she was very young with a bad attitude I told the manager but he initially took her side all I was saying that her energy was very negative towards me I really feel that wasn't necessary

Had a phenomenal experience with Ruben the other day. When we were at checkout, Ruben asked me if I had purchased a micro-sd card for the camera I was purchasing. Because I had assumed one was included in the device package he saved me a huge headache having to go to the store again to get one. As we headed to get the SD cards he also recommended the adapters so I could seamlessly connect to my computer. As a former Director of Front End for a major retailer, It sticks out to me when an associate is operating via best practices. Ruben conducted the most natural and intuitive upsell that I’ve seen in a long time. In doing so, he saved me a ton of time on the backend and also helped me feel more confident in my purchase. This was my first experience at this Best Buy and because of my experience with Ruben and the readily available product, I will definitely be back. Thank you for phenomenal customer service!
