i have an older phone (not as old as the brick but close enough)and my case for it broke. Johnathan was able to find a case for it and a screen protector. he took the time to put it altogether for me. great customer service!!!!

I only gave this three stars because the person that previously helped me a week ago was very helpful he took the time with me to help me shop TVs as a birthday present for a family member when I came back today to purchase the TV I couldn't find anybody to assist me I had to walk around the store and ask for someone to assist me everyone kept telling me go to the desk in the center someone will be there so I'm waiting around and someone finally shows up I show him the TV that I want and he gives it to me so when I get to the front to pay for the TV I'm wondering why the total with the protection plan was $130 cuz I clearly stated that I wanted the TV that was $79.99 get home and look at my receipt after I've given the gift to my family member come to find out that person gave me the wrong television set The television said he gave me was $99.99 not the one that I asked for unfortunately I can't box it up and bring it back because I've already given it to that person as a gift I just think the employees need to pay more attention to what they're doing he gave me the wrong TV sitting I'm really not happy about that I haven't felt rushed by the cashier I kept asking questions about things and he kept telling me confirm on the screen confirm on the screen they wasn't answering my questions and didn't seem concerned about my questions I used to like shopping at this location cuz it was close to me but this is the last time I'll make a purchase there I really don't appreciate being given the wrong product

BTW You can't actually call the store to ask abt store hours, general questions, etc. it connects you with a call center person who, while nice, has no real way of knowing how each individual store is set up. Went in store and could tell front desk guy was uncertain which is fine but should be able ask for help from coworkers rather than brush customers off cuz he doesn't know the answer. Pair that with the copy and paste response to each review going with Best Buy just feels like a pain in the neck more than anything.
