I went in with the intention of purchasing a new TV. There were no customer service associates to be found in that section. I asked an employee from a separate department for assistance and he called one of his colleagues to help. Once that person arrived, he said he was helping another customer. There was no one else in that department to help me. I waited 20 minutes and left without making a purchase. This Best Buy store could be better staffed. Before leaving, I went to another department to inquire about a separate product. The employee had no knowledge of that product category and seemed completely unengaged and disinterested in helping. I finally said I would Google the info I needed to make a decision. Customer service is not at all a priority at this location. Very disappointing. Won’t return.

The TV sales associate at this location was very knowledgeable and friendly. I had ALOT of questions and he was able to answer them all. He explained all the diffent options in a way that made sense to me, which made it easy for me to confidently make my choice!
