Bailey from the geek squad was wonderful to work with. Came in to bring my daughter’s phone for repair and she was kind, checked in frequently during the process and ensured I knew everything each step of the way. As someone who manages a lot of people, Best Buy you got yourself a good one!

Purchased a washer and dryer. Upon delivery it was noted there was a sizable dent in the back of the dryer. The delivery team (2 men, in broken English) said we should let the store know. Upon returning a part that wasn't needed, and explaining to the sales associate, they had no knowledge of it!! Why wouldn't the delivery person be sure to make a note on the delivery order?
