The AT&T sales people are absolutely ridiculous!!
I bought a microwave here (yes a MICROWAVE).
I wanted to know if the one I wanted was in stock. 2 different AT&T sales people came up to me. Now this is the REALLY bad part, they said they would tell a best buy employee I needed help. both times, THEY NEVER DID they lied TWICE. I hate being lied to!!! Tell them too get lost or at least not lie!

Matt is fantastic!
Sometimes it’s hard going to Best Buy, bc most of the reps have an opinion on products- & they base their advise solely on their personal experience w certain products/companies!
Matt was very informative on every brand, and wasn’t pushy at all.
I have an older dell all in one & the Bluetooth went out.
Everything works fine on it so I really didn’t want to buy another computer.
He recommended a Bluetooth radio.
I then asked about computers they had, & he spent about 30-40 min w my husband & me going over different options.
It was the best experience I’ve ever had at Best Buy. He gave us a lot of information, but it wasn’t over bearing in anyway.
We narrowed down an option just incase the Bluetooth radio didn’t work.
But it did end up working! $15 option was way better than a new computer or open box computer price!
Thank you Matt! You completely changed our opinion on Best Buy (we didn’t have a great experience last time).
