How do I check product availability at the Kohler Best Buy?
BestBuy.com will have the latest product availability information. Check back frequently, as product availability may change. Statuses such as Sold Out or Check Stores may update throughout the season. Products displayed as Sold Out, In Store Only, or Check Stores cannot be ordered by phone. Call Center agents are not able to provide guidance on inventory levels.

Picked up an open box laptop only to find out they sent me out with the wrong AC adapter. Called in Best Buy customer rep and told me to stop by at this location which is closer than driving to their depot in Milwaukee(where I picked up) and somebody should be able to help. (too easy)
Showed up and the checkout guy which I hope is also the customer service told me no can do and to pretty much kick rocks. I'm confused the person I spoke with on the phone literally told me to drive an hour and a half there.
In summary, it's an unpleasant experience and I can see why this store will probably not going to be a business soon.

I ordered a GoPro camera for my son that said a SD card was included. It came without one. Chat support agreed that it should have been included and told me I needed to go to a store to fix the issue since it was an open-box item. We were camping and my son wanted to use the camera on our trip so we drove to Best Buy.
I was told it didn’t matter what the website description said because their system didn’t show it was included. When I explained that I didn’t have access to their store system when I was ordering and that chat support had agreed that it was listed as included, he said that chat support always lies and “included” meant something different than what I thought. When I showed him the definition of included provided on the Best Buy website he repeated that there was nothing he could do and directed me to the department where I could purchase a card.
Overall a very frustrating and expensive experience. Be warned that Best Buy product descriptions on their website may be inaccurate and that they will put the blame on the customer.

Used the geek service. Had a dead laptop. They were able to take the hard drive out and put all my files and pictures on a flash drive. Very happy with their service.
