How do I check product availability at the Kohler Best Buy?
BestBuy.com will have the latest product availability information. Check back frequently, as product availability may change. Statuses such as Sold Out or Check Stores may update throughout the season. Products displayed as Sold Out, In Store Only, or Check Stores cannot be ordered by phone. Call Center agents are not able to provide guidance on inventory levels.

Wish I had read these reviews. Sometimes back we bought a laptop and geek quad were excellent setting it up for us.
This time went to purchase a tv. Got persuaded to renew Best Buy membership with promise together with signing up for store card I would earn $250 toward next purchase. Didn't realize the membership would cost me $179.00 until I did research when I got home. TV came to store and we went to collect it. Asked about Membership and was told I had been told when I signed up for it Asked them to cancel it and was given 1-800 number. Went to collect TV and there was a hole in the packaging I could put my fish through and touch the TV. We cancelled the order and left TV there. Got home phoned 1-800 and got a grumpy sounding computer that cancelled my membership but charged me for time we had it. Got to check my store card to see how that works.
Very disappointed. Be a long time before we go back to any Best Buy.

Save ourself the hassle don't shop at bestbuy. Bought there accidental coverage plan after there associate told me anything happens bring it in and we will replace it. Id rather take my business to microcenter then to bestbuy as they actually take care of ya when you buy a protection plan.
