One of the worst best buy establishments ive ever purchased from. Recently bought two Christmas gifts. Aside from all the high school kids that dont care about their jobs or the business, they also sell missing component bundles that have been retured by others as “brand new”. First example would be a “brand new” Switch that was opened on Christmas but not used due to the fact of having a MISSING POWERCORD! My second example would be when I bought the Gopro 13 black. One of your staff member tried to add extra batteries to my purchase without me asking. When i asked, “why the batteries” he stated “because the go pro doesn’t come with any”. WHICH IS A BLATANT LIE. Missing cords, adding things to my order, employees hiding in the corners of the store to not help, bad service, used products. You’re better off ordering online from anywhere else. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE

You would think after walking through a store for 30 mins walking past numerous employees that someone would approach you and ask if you need assistance. Instead they wonder up an down the isles almost seemingly to avoid you. Yes I could have asked for help. But my self being in sales you should always approach your customer not leaving them wondering where everyone is for assistance. Even made the comment loudly that it's amazing not one staff member in the back electronics has said hi or asked if we needed assistance. I said it loudly enough that the guy that works there that was just looking at the games in thebisle next to us would hear me but he didn't even change his poseur. Just continued to ignore us. I can understand if you are with a customer or the store is busy but we where litterally 1 of three cars in the parking lot. Simple road to sale is definitely not something practiced by management and staff. Which is fine. I see walmart has the same LG tv for sale and other stores so atleast if some one comes up to me and actually wants to sell something I am OK with paying a little more.

Everytime I go here i get zero customer service help, I go in there tonight and it's all new people had to all been 16 years old...stop hiring babies that stand around and have zero knowledge or experience. I ask this kid about a Corsair headset that you used to have and all he kept saying was idk idk idk, instead of being like oh we used to have it in stock let me check the computer on our online store for you or ask someone in store that actually has knowledge of items. Kid said he been working there 2 years and acts like he started today, unreal. I hope a higher up does a undercover walk through this store and see how much they help you...
