The Employees here robbed me for $187.00
They refunded my money to a Mastercard that I don’t even own. I have been going back and forth with this place for going on two months over this already. I have the receipt.
I’ve spent Tens of thousands of dollars at Best Buy for more than the past 20 years. They were my go to place for electronics, appliances, computers and gaming. Never again! I will be purchasing my new Refrigerator and Dishwasher this month from somewhere else. Good bye Best Buy.

Purchased a tv which they told me I needed to buy the best buy + membership for. I got the tv delivered only to find out it was defective after I installed my Govee lights on them. Best Buy’s solution was to return the lights to Amazon in used condition even though they sold me a defective tv. They also ignored me for 15+ minutes when we walked into the store even though there were at minimum 6 associates not helping anyone. We had to finally approach someone after multiple employees were wandering around chatting with each other or playing with the music to get help in looking to exchange our tv. Ultimately we decided to return it and buy elsewhere after they told us to just return our used lights to Amazon and make them eat the cost for something that Best Buy caused and the overall attitude of the employees. I would not shop there again if they were the last place on earth I could buy something.

15 Day return policy even on unopened product is ridiculous. Stop by to return some cables and adapters I ended up not needing for a major media room renovation only to be turned away because it's been 30 days since purchase. Garbage policy.
Beyond that, after the remodel, the store is a shell of it's former self. Basic products go out of stock and the shelf sits empty for months before you ever see them again. Time to cancel my card and move strictly to Amazon.
