How do I check product availability at the Rogers Best Buy?
BestBuy.com will have the latest product availability information. Check back frequently, as product availability may change. Gio was my go to guy for any and all Apple products. Got me squared away with the perfect Apple Watch for my ol' lady. Didn't try to upsell me on something I didn't need and was very knowledgeable. I'm an Android guy through and through so I appreciated all his efforts. If there was something he didn't know, he made sure to go the extra mile to find out. Great experience and perfect customer service.

Bought an Apple Watch and a Zagg protector cover. The cover cracked so I went to have it replaced. First time no problem, super easy, got a new one and they scanned me out. It cracked again, so I went in to have it replaced and an associate, Adam, at the door told me they couldn’t do it in store and I would have to do it through Zach online, where I would have to pay shipping when I had already come in-store. If that’s policy, fine, but the inconsistency was disappointing. I should have been told that the first time, or the replacement honored the second.

They have amazing staff and they are super helpful. The selection is great if you compare it to all the local stores. I love bestbuy because sometimes you need to ask questions to get the right product, and sometimes you need a product fast instead of waiting for it to be shipped.
Only one issue, it's almost impossible to call a store to check if they have an item or if you need to ask a store specific question.
