Arrived this morning for TCG products. Unfortunately, the store only had a few items on hand. I personally didn’t choose an item but was in line to witness two people that were close to the front of the line told they were only allowed one item because they walked in together. They are not together, have different addresses and have different Best Buy accounts. The cashier refused to sell them more than 1 item stating they were together. They said over and over again they are not together and the cashier replied ok I didn’t mean like that, fine but you walked in together. Those of us in the community know each other and we make friends hang out in line. We all walked in together the entire line. After those two exited the store another employee and was like hey were they mad and he’s like yeah and they all had a nice laugh. It’s interesting to me that these people could not each buy 1 item. Myself and a few others are sending a formal inquiry as this doesn’t seem quite fair.

Bad customer service. No one pays attention to you but then there’s 2 dudes helping 1 guy. No one looks up from their computers and tablets. I’d rather get my printer ink at Amazon, sadly.
