I asked for help and was told to go to the front. The employees up front were just having a conversation and ignoring me. I left my items on the register and went home. I’ll order off of Amazon.

Placed an order for a 50” TV on line. I was given a delivery date and time range. Waited all day for the delivery and tracking information with Rodie. Late in the day I was sent a cancellation invoice with no reason for cancelling my order and delivery. Instead of Best Buy it is now Worse Buy!
