Not satisfied. Very disappointed, bought an ebike and it started malfunctioning. Turns out all ebikes are nonrefundable which is weird since I read the reviews earlier mentioning how a lot of other people have been having the same issue. Can’t return the bike but it DOESNT WORK and they WONT help you. Waste of money and time. Don’t buy, best buy do better 🤦♀️

I purchased a laptop from Best Buy on August 9, 2025. (Apologies for the delay in posting) I wanted to express my gratitude to Seth and Jason for assisting my husband and I to choose the best laptop for both of our needs.
I had gone in a couple of days before the purchases and spoke to Seth. He went over my options very thoroughly. He printed out my options so I could think about which would be the best.
My husband and I went back into the Murrieta store a couple of days later and Jason assisted us. Jason was as informative and knowledgeable as Seth.
Because we were both given such valuable information, we both purchased laptops.
We are so appreciative of both Seth and Jason for their assistance and professionalism.
Staff was very helpful. Good experience.
