I got the new iPhone 17 pro excited they had it in stock. Well the sales rep messed up my plan and didn’t include the anytime upgrade. I contacted att they couldn’t add it without me going back to Best Buy. Due to find my iPhone issues they were unable to fix my account. Go to apple or att to do your upgrade. Can’t believe this happened after spending thousands of dollars here over the years.

I have not been in Best Buy in 5 or 6 year's,since Clarence store on Transit rd 🤔. I get its Monday ,and less associates work every store/'restaurant..I worked in both,yet lack of any real help with very few options of car audio products..guessing I gotta go back to a local car audio store..used get great services and help.

One of the most unhelpful experiences of my LIFE. No employee was available to help, and when I finally found someone, they ran away and were so unhelpful. The stock is very low, don’t expect for this store to have what you need. The security guard for the mall was more helpful than any Beat Buy employee. Wasted 30 minutes here.
