Great customer service in the Geek Squad center. My son had previously changed the password to my laptop and locked me out of it. I thought it was going to be approximately $40 for them to reboot the entire system so I can start from scratch. It took a little longer than his "hold on gimme 5 minutes," but I ran another errand and came back and it was completed. It was much cheaper than quoted! #THANKSGEEKSQUAD

I bought a refurbished controller for my son at the galleria location, it had stick drift. I live near Hamburg and returned it to that location, letting them know it wasn't properly tested and had stick drift. The sales person 50+ yr old man had no idea what stick drift was and immediately accused me of swapping it and said he had to take it in back and test it. I demanded to have it back and I said I'd return it to my location of purchase. He then agreed to give me a refund. The treatment at the Hamburg location is horrible. Galleria is not any better, the refuse to do price matching for Amazon sold and shipped items.
