Don’t know how these stores still exist.
If you know what you need when you go there they’re great! Picked up a Black Friday gaming laptop special and for the price it was incredible. Woman was very kind too who helped me. Other times it’s pure confusion. Before that got a cheap Chromebook to just get me through a couple months when my main computer crapped out.
Took forever for help. People were too busy chatting and dodging customers. Then was told I was wrong and item didn’t exist then scolded that I didn’t know where it would be kept in the store. It was a weird experience.

Went there to exchange a product and the young lady at customer service doesnt know what shes doing. I had to request a manager. She denied me over and over saying I couldn't exchange or return my item. I had already checked before going there. When the manager came out he was knowledgeable and polite. Please train your workers. Other than that. I really dont prefer this location i find the Amherst location has more products and better organizing. But hey its best buy i love best by. Unless I need to go here ill stay away.
