I came to buy a charger and they told me all of these chargers were not in the right location, not priced correctly and they were misc items.
They refused to adjust the price for the fact they knowingly put items in the wrong place after I took them two charges that were there and all of them had that price. LUPE said it would take too long to call a manager and did not want to adjust the price either.

I went in with an exchange transaction and Asked to speak to a manager and was helped by Danny. He was courteous and professional, and provided great customer service. I appreciate him going the extra mile to assist me.

Buyer Beware! I purchased a laptop from Best Buy and the failed to deliver it to me. I have video evidence that is time stamped throughout the day that proves this. They failed to get a signature, and officially denied me a replacement or a refund. I'm just here to spread awareness of how this company operates.

We paid money for a service that we did not and have yet to receive. The delivery company refused to do the service when coming out and talked to my wife and my 85 year old grandmother who has dementia like they were less than them. We went to speak with Joselyn at the store who claims to be a store manager and felt threatened by us asking her to do her job, mentioning “I’m going out my way to help y’all”. A solution to a problem is never “going out your way”. I am extremely dissatisfied with the approach this manager took and the way the delivery team spoke with not just my wife but my grandmother as well. Me and my family have quite a bit of properties that we utilize this specific store for but will no longer use it due to this situation. The only reason I’m giving one star is because it won’t allow me to give 0.
