Hi there! 😊 I purchased a Dell Inspiron last year, and unfortunately, water damage created quite a bit of havoc yesterday. I went into Best Buy hoping for the best with Geek Squad, and they were absolutely awesome. Unfortunately, the reality was that my laptop was probably going to be ruined, so I started looking at other laptop options. That’s when Justin came out of nowhere, very politely asked if I needed any assistance, and ended up being incredibly helpful. He explained that I was a Total member—which I didn’t even realize—and that my membership included a two-year warranty on my laptop. I was so grateful that he took the time to explain everything and help me understand my options. Justin was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and patient, and I really appreciated his help. I also want to give a huge shout-out to Abdi from the Geek Squad night team. He went out of his way to research some things for me, offered great suggestions, and was extremely kind and helpful throughout the process. Jacob was also wonderful and contributed to such a positive experience. Honestly, the entire team yesterday and last night was fantastic. What could have been a very frustrating experience turned into one where I felt genuinely taken care of. I just wanted to take a moment to recognize Justin, Abdi, Jacob, and the entire team for their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help. Thank you all so much! I truly appreciate you! 💙

Great Service Have bathroom for Customers

They sell phones that are obsolete garbage. I bought a new phone and it's been hours of bullshit trying to get it in any working condition.
