Every time I visit this location, the customer service is consistently awful. I honestly don’t understand how this staff keeps their jobs with the way they treat customers. On two separate occasions—once with a young man and once with a young woman—the cashiers acted completely uninterested, unhelpful, and clearly miserable to be there.
What makes it even worse is that these employees get paid well, yet still can’t be bothered to provide basic courtesy or effort. The attitude and lack of professionalism are unacceptable. The only reason I still come here is because it’s the closest location to my home, but I truly dread every visit. If you have another store nearby, do yourself a favor and go there instead.

It was good, there were a fair amount of choices of laptops and accessories with a wide range of prices. The staff were very helpful and friendly.
Terrible experience with Amazon pickup at Best Buy. They refuse to release a package to anyone except the person who owns the Amazon account — even if you’re an authorized user. I had ID, order info, and authorization, and they still wouldn’t help. Completely inconvenient and frustrating. What’s the point of adding an authorized pickup person if they won’t honor it? Won’t be using this location again.
