Very bad experience with the customer service especially “Lupe” very arrogant, he told me to wait for my products, someone brought them to him and he still waited several more minutes to help me. I don’t know if he was angry about something but we clients do not deserve this kind of treatment.

El peor Best Buy al que he ido. Tienen un pésimo servicio al cliente. Nadie me quiso atender. Fui a buscar quien me mostrara los productos que buscaba y todos me decían que en un momento me atendían o que estaban ocupados y al final nadie me atendió. Tuve que tomar foto del producto que quería e ir a la caja a pagar. Tardé alrededor de 90 minutos para hacer una compra solo porque nadie me quería ayudar o atender. Este lugar está muy mal dirigido o administrado el personal es muy grosero y te ignora.

I ordered a macbook air in excellent condition from here but it came with massive signs of usage and the mousepad was also damaged beyond repair, it was clear this was the item in display that a lot of people used and still sold almost as full price as excellent condition which is incomprehensible
