Its always something. I ordered an item and said it was in stock. It said I was able to pick up today! I drive the 45 minutes and its not there!! All of a sudden its says pick up Thursday. The store apparently does not receive phone calls. It goes to customer service which they can not do anything from their end they said. This is an inconvenience and waste of gas and time. I think this needs tk be fixed because its false advertising.. I will not be buying anything else from here and canceling everything. Wasted hours on the phone and gas to go pick up something I paid 800$ for and they say dumb crap that makes no sense. Im hoping this can be resolved.

This store had an add of a Samsung laptop with original price of USD 799.99 for USD 212.99. I went to the store and I was told I couldn't buy because it was "clearance item out of stock." Ask for the display item or a rain check. I was told I couldn't get because " Samsung had to give the store authorization to sell it (?????) and they couldn't give me a rain check because they couldn't know when the item would arrived". Long story short, why do you advertise an item with a price that you are not able to fulfill?

I had a great experience at Best Buy in Winter Garden thanks to Zane.
From the moment I walked in, he made me feel welcome and took the time to really understand what I needed. He helped me choose the right computer, assisted me with a return, and guided me through the purchase process without any pressure.
What stood out the most was his patience and knowledge. He went the extra mile to find me a better deal so I could get more value for my money, and you can tell he genuinely cares about helping the customer.
I work in sales myself, so I really appreciate when someone takes the time to do things right and puts the customer first. Zane is a great example of that.
Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. I truly hope he gets recognized for his work. Best Buy has a great employee on their team.
I would definitely come back to shop with him again and continue shopping at the Winter Garden location.
