A while ago I was in the store with my son who is autistic to get a replacement on his laptop. I was not aware that a damage on the laptop was already there and not a Best Buy fault.Anyway i felt treated like Con artist who's ready to get free stuff from the store.My son had a breakdown and broke the laptop. I'll go somewhere else next time.

Probably the worst customer service ever, ordered a pickup order and showed up an hour after it was to be ready and it wasn’t. No big deal so We grabbed the items that were ready and went shopping in the area came back after another hour and still not ready. Then was told that no one could grab it for us that was on the floor that we had to wait for the pick up people to pull it. Still waiting with hungry children for our order. Thanks
