I wish I could give them 0 stars.. just as a testament try calling them and see what happens. I ordered an open box “excellent condition” LgS90TR soundbar/system. They accidentally sent me an LgS90TR subwoofer and LgS90TR rear speakers with an LgS90QY soundbar. This means the system won’t work at all because the soundbar they sent me isn’t compatible (and also is hundreds of dollars cheaper than what I ordered). I live in Ohio and per the Bestbuy call center, this store has its phones set to be routed to their offshores call center. Worst purchasing experience I’ve ever had. I not have holes in my walls and ceiling for a system that doesn’t work and they won’t replace it because I can’t get ahold of them.

I first went to the millenia store, where Ruben helped me. Very personable, and suggested I should try the winter garden store. I did, and met another great salesperson, Colton. Excellent service from both. I ended up buying the refrigerator from Ruben.
