Staff is pleasant, the store is nice and clean. All my high-end electronics have been from this place. Great fast and convenient service.

Great shopping experience!
To say that I’m disappointed with the 65 inch Sony TV I purchased from Best Buy 3/22 is an UNDERSTATEMENT. It’s audio is still working NO picture, And of course the warranty expired 3/24 imagine that . I requested for them to come out and make an In-Home diagnosis it’s $124.99 which doesn’t include the cost of repair which I’m being told by The Geek Squad Agent could be anywhere from $100.00-200.00 or more. I can’t remember how much I purchased it for but I can tell you this, I didn’t come CHEAP. The world as we know it nothing but a ROBBER when hard working people can’t get products to work like they should period. I may as well have purchased another Hisense from Walmart at least that on in my bedroom still working.
