Bought a CAC reader but the connection to the laptop was not correct, returned it an hour later, no issues.
I walked in and told the fellow at the front door that i wanted to buy a tv, soundbar, xbox, and external harddrive. He just pointed to the four corners of the store, offered no assistance.
I went into the TV section, flagged down an employee and was told that the only two TV guys were busy, so i waited for 15 minutes without anyone coming by.
One bad greeting and 15 minutes cost this store $1500.
I will be buying from walmart instead.
Be careful they will up sell you. Make sure you know what you are looking for.
