Do not buy from this organization. I ordered a PC on April 12 because it read if I ordered within three hours I would receive it on April 13. However, on April 13, The website read that it was preparing, but it was still arriving on the 13th. When I didn’t receive it on the 13th, the website read that it was still being processed and I should receive it between the 14th and the 17th, but if I didn’t receive it by the 27th, I could get a refund. I called to find out what the issue was and they stated it was because UPS did not pick up the item. I asked if they could contact UPS to get this picked up and they said they would but again said I would have to wait until the 27th to get a refund If I did not get it. After three calls to their customer service line, I promise that I would receive it today and could not cancel my order; however, the order now reads that it’s arriving on the 27th. I could have driven to the store and pick the item up faster but I thought since they promised next day delivery, I would’ve had it by now. This is false advertising and now I understand why they have so many lawsuits pending against them. Once this issue was resolved, I will never purchase another item from this company again. I am also considering filing a complaint with our state’s Attorney General‘s office over this issue as well.

Nice place, great deals. We actually bought TV here, nice selection, knowledgeable staff, happy to help and advise. TV was cheaper and better quality than anywhere else. A true bargain!
