Ordered a new ssd for my computer, I have purchased many thing from this location before and have had little issue, but this time when get the ssd home and install it into my computer the component was defective. I bring it back to the store and ask to have it exchanged for another one. I was using the store's in company leasing service to pay the ssd overtime and spread out the cost, but the employee processed my transaction as a refund instead of an exchange which then flagged me in the system and completely cancelled my lease. Because the employee messed up and cancelled it this way the store's computer system kept flagging me and declining my transaction when trying to repurchase the new ssd. When brought it up to the store manager in charge he just shrugged at me and said oh well it is not our problem anymore and walked off.
