Came in to pick up my Google Pixel 9 Pro Fold and was fortunate to be helped by Kamran. Although there wasn’t anyone available at the front when I arrived likely because the store was busy Kamran went out of his way to assist me without hesitation. He made the entire process quick, smooth, and stress-free. He was not only efficient but also friendly, approachable, and genuinely cared about making sure I was taken care of.
What stood out the most was how attentive and professional he was from start to finish. He even asked if I needed help with anything else before I left, which really made me feel like a valued customer. Employees like Kamran are the reason I’ll continue coming back to this Best Buy. Exceptional service like his is rare, and I truly appreciated the experience.
