Very disappointed with my Best Buy experience. They are very disorganized.
I checked online for the availability of a part I needed, and it showed it was in stock at a nearby store. When I went there, it wasn't available. A representative helped me order it from another store for pickup, but when I arrived at that location, they didn't have it either.
I then went back to the first store to buy a different part that showed as available online, and again it wasn't there when I arrived. A representative told me to wait while he checked in the back. After waiting 10 minutes, a lady manager came and said she would look for it. I waited 30 minutes without any update, and when I looked around, I saw her helping other customers — she had completely forgotten about me. It was frustrating to be ignored like that.
I wasted my entire morning for nothing. I don't want to deal with Best Buy anymore. I found the same part on Amazon for 50% less, and it was delivered the same day — I had it by 5PM.
They really need to fix their inventory system and provide better training for their staff.
Probably one of the worst managed stores in the area. They stand around and talk hitting # nd sales goals, while customers are standing around. Gossiping etc. Stood waiting for help for over 30 minutes to buy a new I phone. Ended up walking out. Easier to order via apple and pick up in minutes.
Unfortunately I remembered why I stopped shopping at Best Buy, I was hoping to get a PS5 and a few games & the shelves are empty. I was greeted when I entered but that’s about it. About 4-6 employees passed by me. Not 1 offered to help or assistance, most just walking around in pairs talking not acknowledging guest or offering assistance. Guess I’ll have to order online
