I thought I'd give the neighborhood Best buy a try again but even less customer service I'm not even sure how they keep that place open. One employee lied about having speaker wire and then another employee lied about having an automotive section.

Home delivery service is a SCAM. Do not agree to home delivery. We were sold a TV that wasn’t in stock. The home delivery is a 3rd party service that is not professional, and is not reachable by Best Buy. When the delivery service did not deliver our $600 TV the only option to fix the issue was to buy another $600 TV.

I hate dealing with Best Buy. I had what seemed like an impossible situation but Erika, a store manager, went above and beyond to make sure the problem was resolved even though it was a problem w the Simple Mobile retailer. She basically made it right for the Best Buy customer. Thanks again.
Staff was disinterested in helping me, inventory is alright, at least one of most things, still got what i needed quickly for a good price - but i did look up my inventory options before i went in.
