Unfortunately I remembered why I stopped shopping at Best Buy, I was hoping to get a PS5 and a few games & the shelves are empty. I was greeted when I entered but that’s about it. About 4-6 employees passed by me. Not 1 offered to help or assistance, most just walking around in pairs talking not acknowledging guest or offering assistance. Guess I’ll have to order online
Bought a floor model TV that was listed as in “Excellent” condition. After getting it to the third floor, the box contained only the screen. Whoever packed it forgot to include legs, remote, power cable, and paperwork that usually goes with this.
I called the store and was asked if I could grab the missing stuff. I was instead asked to bring everything back for an exchange.
