I came to Best Buy to purchase a portable air conditioner for my mother during this heat wave. The model I wanted only had one left on the floor with a punctured box, but at the checkout, Gabriel noticed and went above and beyond to help. He searched the back with another associate and, after a while, came back with a new one. I really appreciated the effort—many employees would have given up, but they didn’t. Their dedication made all the difference, and I left with exactly what I needed for my mom. Excellent customer service!
Amazing experience! My wife and I bought laptops for school and work, and the prices were very fair. The staff was friendly, patient, and really took the time to help us choose the perfect models. Thank you, Best Buy, for making it so easy!
I thought I'd give the neighborhood Best buy a try again but even less customer service I'm not even sure how they keep that place open. One employee lied about having speaker wire and then another employee lied about having an automotive section.
