Bought the Bella Pro Series Air Fryer (first tip: don’t buy that brand). We have the Best Buy protection plan membership that we paid 180 bucks for. Store not helpful in honoring that membership to exchange out a faulty product or give store credit.
Now we understand why companies like Amazon with no hassle return policies, transparent policies are putting these ancient stores out of business.

I believe my previous review was unfairly less than charitable due to an unrelated turbulent event beforehand vs. reflecting actual events and encounters with Best Buy, Oswego.
Going back quite a few years... all of my online orders with Best Buy using my current account, and my previous accounts were always easy endeavors from ordering online to pickup at the Oswego Store... I'm equally distant to the Batavia, and Aurora Best Buy stores, but I like the cool, friendly, and mature vibe at Oswego's store, and their employees.
I've been seeing various peculiarities with other online, but delivery, orders from other retail chain stores because they're using 3rd party no-name e-commerce vendors to fulfill their orders and deliveries.... and the delivered products have curious variations to what is indeed genuine on the store shelves. So I'm finding myself more and more shopping at stores such as Best Buy, or ordering for pickup which is near the same thing.
The not so long ago first ever mishap with an online order at Best Buy in Oswego was not at all worth quibbling about, and the lengthy duration for a simple online order was met with very friendly employees, and a pleasant conversation with the store manager.
Sometimes the tight-butts in corporate consider anything less than 5 stars to be zero stars... so in consideration of that as well, I feel compelled to write this exceedingly positive, and well-deserved review, and delete the prior... Thanks Best Buy!

I love Best buy and the knowledge the workers have is unbelievable.They truly took the time to explain the difference in the electronics.Luckly for me I was shown a soundbar that was in an opened box. It is in perfect condition and saved a lot of money and received a better sound at than expected.
