This is the worst Best Buy location. Look at all the one star reviews and then look how many call managers out by name. All similar complaints. I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with the manager, Justine, today. How or why she is a manager is inexplicable. She is rude and condescending to a fault. I bought a new TV yesterday which was chipped on the corner when I opened the box. I immediately took photos and called customer service who advised me to return it to the store. First Justine "scolded" me because I did not properly and completely repackage the TV. Then she flat out accused me of damaging my TV. I asked her why I would damage a TV just to exchange it and she told me that she has been doing this 15 years and TV's do not get chipped so I clearly damaged it. She then told me if I did not like it I could call corporate. The entire time she talked down to me and was rude to me. How does someone like this get a promotion to management? Look at how many complaints just this year alone mention her by name. And the fact she is still not fired speaks volumes to how little the store director and corporate care.

Worst customer service at this location. So called manager, Justine, is extremely rude to customers.
Customer was able to help with my laptop.
I purchased a laptop and they sent me a survey with the promise of an entry into a $250 sweepstakes. I completed the survey and then they never entered me into a sweepstakes. Why are you wasting peoples time with fraudulent promises.
Don’t believe these people and waste your time! It’s probably some scam to sell your info. Shame on them!
