Muy variado y buena atención
I went to the store to accomplish 2 things today. Thanks to Santiago and Jacob and their kind and efficient customer service I was in and out in no time.
Only because ZERO stars is not an option. Waiting 5 minutes before the store opens, fine, of course. Literally the only person in the building, walk back to the computer section looking for a computer monitor cable.... but i have a simple question.... 15 minutes later, nobody around so I walk back to the front door, same two girls just standing there... I ask if anyone is in the computer section and one says that she will call them over to me. Yet another 10 minutes, in an empty store and one of the two door girls comes back. I start asking my "Yes or No" question and she says... "I am not in sales but our sales guy just came in. You know, 30 minutes after the doors open. She doesn't have a clue about my easy question but she will send him over. Ten more minutes , back up front to the same two girls, getting nothing done and she motions to the door and says, "We are waiting for him." I leave in disbelief. It is a damn miracle that they remain in business.
