DON T BUY FROM BEST BUY ONLINE, THEY DON’T HAVE CLEAR COMMUNICATION!!! THEY DIDN’T DELIVER MY PACKAGE THEIR SUPPORT TEAM IS OUTSOURCED AND YOU CAN CALL A FEW DIFFERENT TIMES AND GET A DIFFERENT ANSWER EACH TIME. THEY SAID THEY WOULD CALL BACK AND DIDN’T SAID THE ORDER WAS DELAYED A DAY AND SYSTEM IS HAVING ISSUES AND ITEMS WOULD BE DELAYED A DAY. WAITED 24 HOURS NO PACKAGE NO COMMUNICATION. AFTER I CALLED THEY SAID THEY CANCELED AND THAT NOTIFICATION OF CANCELING TAKES PLACE 72 HOURS AFTER THE CANCELATION AS IF THE CLIENT KNOWING THINGS CHANGED ISN’T A PRIORITY FOR THEM. ALSO BEING A TOTAL TECH MEMBER ACTUALLY MEANS NOTHING. DON’T TRY TO GET THESE GLASSES FROM BEST BUY GO TO OAKELY OR META DIRECTLY.

It is ridiculous that you can't call and talk to a personnel in the store, because your personnel through your automated service is just reading a screen and can't answer my questions. Ridiculous so no won't buy from best buy if I can talk to a individual that works in the store 🙄

If I could give a negative star I would...went in to buy an 700$ espresso machine and the lovely associate (Y.F) apparently wasn't trained and never charged my best buy credit card but gave me all the tracking information and receipt only to find out my order is cancelled and my card was never charge..what an amazing experience at my local best buy
