I purchased a laptop and they sent me a survey with the promise of an entry into a $250 sweepstakes. I completed the survey and then they never entered me into a sweepstakes. Why are you wasting peoples time with fraudulent promises.
Don’t believe these people and waste your time! It’s probably some scam to sell your info. Shame on them!

Hello everyone, I want to let you know that I went to Best Buy in Oswego.
this morning to buy Pokémon cards, and they were only selling one per person. It happens that another person entered wearing the same shirt I had on, and they didn’t want to sell me Pokémon cards because I had the same shirt as the other person. I find this unfair. So if I wear black pants and others do too, will they also not sell to them? What is this about? I know everyone is racist, but now this store is becoming even more racist just because you wear the same shirt as someone else? I’m buying it with my money, not with my shirt. Am I wrong, or am I not understanding something? Please tell me. Everyone needs respect!! ..

Went to the oswego. Best Buy and was helped by a female staff member with my remote control issue. She was great. Help me pick out a remote that best suited me and rang me up in her owenvdepartment i was in and out in less than 5 minutes. I didn't catch her name, but if you are reading this, thank you very much for your help

One person can really make a difference.
The other reps at Best Buy were rude, except for Rafael and the Geek Squad lady.
If it wasn't for Rafael, this would've been a negative experience.
