How do I check product availability at the Oswego Best Buy?

The customer service SUCKS. I went in there 4 different time to buy a case for a laptop THAT A BOUGHT FROM HERE and all 4 of them did not fit. Than when I tried to return the case. Ashley from customer service did not let me return it. She said I was past the 14 days. I tried to return it on the 14th day but she was said I was late either way. 50 dollars and 5+ hours of my time wasted because of this place. For a corporation that makes all this money. You don’t know how to train or respect customers. Will never be coming back here for anything but my 50 dollars. If Best Buy decides to right there wrong.
