The geek squad was very helpful and help solved my problem
I can understand, and empathize when a store is swamped or spread too thin, but wasting customers time (especially when you are NOT swamped or spread thin 🤦🏿♂️), because you DO NOT KNOW the basic requirement that you should or at the very least guide me to the correct location within the store to help 🤦🏿♂️.
