The line was super long and they had one cashier at the front. After being in line for almost an hour they had someone come and try to tell us we weren't in line. The employee that helped me ended up saying he was going tonleabe us in line because we were already there waiting for him.

Terrible customer service! Orders TV a day before for a pick up. In 1hr I received email ready for pick up. Came to store to pick up waited another 45min for them to locate TV and wrap it up in bubble wrap. I just don’t understand why you sending email ready for pick up when it’s not ready. Waisting peoples time.

They neve checked THE ID of an individual who is somehow stealing my credit card info before I even get a new card in then mail, this is the 3rd time I've been hit with credit card fraud and these guys let it happen
