Is everyone knows Best Buy is the best place to buy your electronics I purchased an iPad and a MacBook last August. I got a text message saying that my geek squad was going to expire which was fine. Next thing I know it’s auto pulling out of my account for $180. I call on the phone wait three hours and it’s a person that doesn’t speak English very well. The next day I go to Best Buy in Gulfport they’re like oh you have to call this number and that’s the only way you can do it…. Seems a little illegal to me like no way you can auto charge me and then I can’t even cancel the subscription.
