I used to buy all my electrinos at best buy, but now there are more places that the prices are cheaper but more importantly every other store there return policy are 30 to 90 returns compare to best buy 14 days. if you want to pay for extended return it's going to cost you. It's a no brainer shopping at like Costco's, Walmart, target and so on. no wonder best buy is closing stores.

The people at the store are friendly and helpful, however there is no way to phone the store directly. If you call their number, it first routes you to an AI operator then after 10 minutes of talking to a computer, you are routed to call center overseas, who have no way to connect you to the store itself.
