Kenisha was super helpful getting me a new GoPro after I broke my other one while on vacation. She’s the best!
Waited around to be helped but nobody was to be found. Could not find 1 customer service rep until I walked all the way back to the front of the store. Very disappointed. Asked for a stereo that was tagged as cleared. I was informed they couldn't sell the floor model. Then please remove the cleared tag so people don't wait around for help and then be told you can't purchase the floor model.

Dale, Hector, and their manager Daniel provided absolutely stellar service. They were knowledgeable, patient, and truly worked as a team to make sure every detail was handled right. When extra help was needed, Daniel stepped in with calm professionalism and sincere care.
From the friendly greeter at the door to the clean and well-maintained store, the whole experience was smooth and stress-free. Every staff member was approachable and helpful, and we left feeling confident in our purchase.

Disappointed. We went to pick up a washer unit. It was storming outside when we arrived so we asked if we could wait it out until it dies down. It finally came down a bit and it was raining lightly, when we asked if they could help us load it in the bed of our truck, no one looked us in the eye, and another employee came up from behind and said “you can load it up, just bring the dolly back when you’re finished”. My husband and father had to do it buy themselves with no help from staff. Extremely unprofessional.
