Yesterday bought a new computer We took it with my old computer to the geek squad desk to get the files transferred over. Being in our 60’s we are not computer literate. The clerk at the counter asked us if we had a membership We said we have been credit card holders for over 10 yrs She explained that to have files transferred over it will cost 150.00 but with a membership it will be 165.00 which includes all this other warranties and stuff. My husband said he will look up online how to transfer files. So long story short we are having trouble. I’m so disappointed that Best Buy has turned into this form of service Not everyone is computer savvy. Thank you for no help

Thanks for sharing your feedback with us. I understand getting a new computer set up and making sure all of your files are transferred over, can be complicated. I walked the entire store twice looking for the two things I was intrested in. Not a single associate said hi or even acknowledged me & there were at least 6 associates that I walked by during my search.
I ended up going to Walmart to look for the merchandise I was intrested in.
