Saturday morning 11am, one cashier who didn't even acknowledge me while waiting at the counter for the items they keep behind the register. Won't be shopping in store here again after waiting at the counter for 10 minutes unacknowledged to then just be skipped in line by a person who clearly walked up after me

I want there to look at games. Basically zero selection!
We love our local Best buy, great service they are so patient with the teens exploring their VR headsets and computers. It makes ALL the difference.
We purchased a $1,900.00 washing machine on 1/6/25 from Best Buy in Oxnard. Today, 1/18/25, only 12 days later the washing machine already failed. I called Best Buy and got THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE and got the run around for about 90 minutes. Apparently the stores no longer receive phone calls anymore, all calls route to a call center. A few times I got someone in another country and was hung up on once. The quickest a repair person can come out is 4 days from today. It took me several phone calls, useless chats, and unqualified customer service agents to finally get someone to help me. I have been a Best Buy customer for many years. After todays experience I will be purchasing my appliances elsewhere if I have to go through this every time we have a problem because we also purchased an additional 3 year warranty. I may just return the washing machine and buy elsewhere depending how the repair experience goes and if an executive reaches back out to me and changes my mind.
** I wont be trying anyone on social media. I already contacted Best Buy Corporate. Thank you.
