All the staff over there very polite and helpful.
ALEX is very professional and knowledgeable about products and services related to them, problem solving skills were great, my 4 years old was everywhere, still understanding me and helping me was great, he represented bestbuy perfectly.
I ordered a brand new monitor on September 13 and it was shipped to me today September 17. The monitor is an open box monitor which I was very disappointed with. What made it worse Is the same monitor online open box is selling at a reduced price of 226.99 excellent which is what was shipped to me. I called the corporate office to try to get the price matched since your guys have a price match guarantee and they told me either they can refund me the money and go to the store and return it, or have them match the price at the store . So I went to my Local Store in Northridge located at 19350 Nordhoff Way, Northridge, CA 91324. I explained the situation to the Manager Ryan and he refused to help me price match the item or even return the item at the store. He lied to me, and told me I have to ship the item back. Even When I told him that I talked to the corporate and corporate said it was fine to return to the store he still refused to help me. I am very frustrated that I spent so much money and time to receive a product that was supposed to be new and is an open box. The manager Ryan refused to follow the store policy. I showed him on the best buy app that i can return the item at the store and still refused to help me. Why did he refuse to return the item? What is the point of paying for a membership if the manager won't follow policy and for returning something that was clearly not my fault. I want this resolved as soon as possible. What would be great is if either I can get the price match or return the item at any location. IT is much faster just to go to my local store and just return it hassle free isn't that your guys policy? Please, I want to talk to someone to resolve this issue.
I appreciate Tatiana for her help and patiancy to answer all my questions and installed the apps which i couldn't do it alone. She took a good care of me in the store.
