They sell defective ASUS laptops and will never claim responsibility. i will never ever buy from bestbuy again. no wonder why their customers arent as much as it was 10 years ago
re: Tina how am i suppose to believe you when i called your store location and the guy i talked to said they cant do anything to help out and just wants me to call asus. seriously, i havent even had alot of time using the laptop and it's crazy messed up already.

Can someone explain to me why I am getting temu orders from China faster then this location? Ordered a pc a week ago and system says preparing today but called in and package was on East Coast. Don't tell me I'll be able to pick it up today when I can't. Do they not know that people actually do have a busy schedule?
I also found out that you guys get inventory from another location. Just put sold out so people can choose another location.
You guys clearly don't know what buyer's remorse is. Y'all gave me enough time to cancel the order. Ordered another pc on Newegg just as good and got it in 3 days.
