I like their puck up service .. very convenient...
Nice feeling walking in(it's huge,comfortable &welcoming). The BIG PROBLEM is the expediting issues @Geek Squad division area. I'm an Advantage Member(for the time being), I've been very involved in multiple PC operation(instruction), had 3 different computers repaired(just paid for any hardware), returned fixed(working properly) within 2 days. I give this facet 4.5 Stars!
The flow of traffic to be seen(standing in lines@ counter) listening to upset customers is ,to me, so Demoralizing. It's not your employees(find most of them very informative), however, I think spending $ would bring $ back.
1-floor plan with more privitized area
2-counter personnel to expediate(min-3 to 4)
3-specialist to problem solve(min-3 to 4)
4-streamline paperwork timeframe to a minimum(your stressing employees too much, 'Their' the heartbeat of 'SUCCESS'
I know this because I go incognito in conversation to confirm my assesments
