Veey good customer service.
The staff were exceptionally helpful.
Blue shirts are always willing to assist with no pressure. I shop there so much most of them know me by name and are always willing to help.
I had a reely bad experience with Best Buy. Customer service was so slow, and I didnt get any answers quickly or good ones. My prodct was broken, and it took forever to fix it, and even then I didnt get the help I needed easely. I think Best Buy really need to work on thier response time and be more helpful. There’s a lot of room for improvment.
