I came to make a return and received such good service that I ended up buying more products. All the employees who assisted me were very polite, and even when I got to my car with the shopping cart, an employee who was outside made a point of retrieving it and returning it to the store.
Every time I come here, I feel genuinely valued and welcomed. I understand that providing good customer service is part of the job, but the level of care and attention I receive is truly world-class. The staff consistently go above and beyond to make customers feel appreciated, which keeps me coming back.
Edit for 2nd attempt: Came back in and the sales rep was incredibly helpful, greeted us and we got the TVs we wanted.
Came in to buy tvs and not a single person greeted us or helped us..waited for 20 min and finally left. One guy walked away from us lol literally not a single hello or anything…wild.

Had a small customer service issue. But christian the mgr saw this and called me and set my mind at ease. He truly wants to help. That is very appreciated. Will continually by from best buy if you have a mgr that cares!!!
