I went in this Best Buy location on 3/1/25. I planned to purchase an open box iPad Air (still quite expensive despite being open box). I stood in the apple area of the store for well over 30 mins. I had multiple salespersons pass me and not the first one even acknowledged my presence. I have purchased many many devices from here and have always been pleased, but this visit was absolutely disappointing.

We went to the store in Warner Robins, Ga. Asked four different employees to help us with a Chromebook. We knew what we wanted; we just needed to pay for it. Each said they would get someone. After waiting 30 minutes, we left. At the front of the store were no fewer than six employees standing around talking and laughing. Will purchase elsewhere.

It wasn't the worse, but it wasn't the best! The wait time for a representative to help was about 15 mins in the electronics department. Other employees were managing their areas, and I'm guessing they aren't allowed to come and help other departments?! Otherwise, once I received the help I needed, the associate was awesome and knowledgeable of the equipment I needed!
