I am so angry. This afternoon I came into the Canton store to purchase 2 Ring floodlight cameras cost $249.99 each. The greeter pointed to where they were. I went to make sure that they had them in stock. There were 2 in stock but locked behind glass. I told the greeter that if she would open the glass I would check out. She said I would have to wait until someone else could help me should be there in 5 minutes. After 15 minutes and two associates walking past me without speaking. I walked out! I am a long time customer of Best Buy. Several TVs 4 iPads 4 iPhones 2 sound bars + numerous other items. The last 3 times I have been in this store the customer service has been terrible. I guess they no longer want me as a customer!

An employee blasted rock music at the absolute loudest volume. While I enjoy rock music, it was hard to talk to my husband and pick out a headset. On top of that, no one wanted to run the register. The guys were too busy flirting with the female employee to actually run the register.

Update: after reaching out to corporate I believe some stores had a chat about this and they seem to have come to the agreement that it should be one per buying customer not one per household and I find that fair it’s not fair to assume we are trying to scalp this and not just collect and as far as the website I was basically told because of “terms and conditions” they are not responsible or liable if info isn’t right in their ads or website Original post: Came in to buy some Pokémon cards and they not only were misleading on their website (I have proof) saying they could sell products that they couldn’t they also denied me getting my OWN 151 bundle because my husband was there at the same time so we technically counted as one so HE was allowed to buy but I couldn’t and that is not fair we legit came in separate cars everything and yet somehow we are one person I feel like I was discriminated against I haven’t been able to get ANY 151 cards and I thought I was going to be able to get ONE 6 pack like come on… this was unfair and not good customer service
