Tried to purchase a set of headphones locked in the cage and kept getting the run around from the people on the floor. Ended up leaving empty handed over the entire ordeal. Literally, I just wanted someone to take them up front to pay for them and no one could help

I have never experienced such poor customer service in my life. I am not one to write reviews, in fact this is my first ever negative review shared. Today, my THIRD appointment with Best Buy was just canceled on account of their team being unprepared and careless. My first appointment was for December 13th which included delivery and installation of a refrigerator, and haul away of an existing (broken) one. The first appointment 2 men showed up and expressed they were incorrectly informed and unable to complete installation (I live in a townhouse and stairs were an issue). This was upsetting as I went out of my way to call and remind them that stairs may be an obstacle- they left the fridge in my garage and said to call to reschedule.
Since then, the same EXACT thing has happened TWO more times- despite multiple (daily) calls on my behalf to ensure the correct information was noted and it would not happen again.
I have had to take off of work three days now, I am out thousands of dollars and have been functioning (through the Holidays) with NO FRIDGE, and STILL have no idea when my new fridge will be able to be installed. This is beyond frustrating
