Good and quick service. I purchased a micro USB cord instead of an USB c cord. I realized it as soon as I got to my car, so I went back in, explained, they got me the right one, I paid the $1 difference and I was on my way.
We bought a $5k tv from these people. The Frame from Samsung. They sent for installation a geek squad who never did this before. After only one week, TV stopped responding to remote. My husband went to Encinitas BB for support with the remote and all the papers, and they tried the remote and said it is not working but it is not their responsibilty, sold him a universal remote. With a very rudely and condesending attitude, too. Well, the universal remote did not do anything either. The wireless box is not respobding either. So we chatted with Best Buy customer sercice. Literally begged them to send a geek squad, but it is not their responsibility. Now we have a $5k TV which stopped working after a week, and no one is taking responsability. I will report to consumer advocates of course. But customer service shouldn't be a nightmare like this. Maybe they should take a lesson or two from amazon customer service.
My husband and I were at the Carlsbad Best Buy store recently and had a great experience with Sales Advisor James Sykhammeuang. We wanted a 65-inch Samsung TV but were confused by the options. James did an excellent job explaining in plain terms the differences between OLED and NeoQLED technologies, as well as what each offered for different lighting situations. He also helped us to understand that for our wants, purposes and budget, last year’s model made the most sense. We never felt pressured or patronized. We were happy to buy our new TV from James, and would recommend him to anyone who is in the market for a new TV.
I love this place. Not only close to my house but food is good and so as price. I like the 3 items combo. Lots of food for $26.
