I've purchased several products from several of their locations over the years and they seem to not train their employees properly about informing their custoners to purchase the correct manufacturer warranties, etc. For example, when my fridge broke down in less than 1 year of use and I was trying to submit a food spoilage claim, or when I had a bike repair issue, they weren't able to help me. (As well as, their staff isnt trained to show you how to install and/or use some of their equipment such as their camera/vlogging equipment, etc.) Basically when you have questions about their products, or when their products break down or something goes wrong, there's nothing they can do about it. Best Buy you are becoming the Worst Buy.....
They didn't want to help me

Hello, El Marvin,
We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. Receiving assistance in a Best Buy should be easy, so we can understand your concern. We'd be happy to document your experience here on a corporate level. Please connect with us through social media. The worst company in history. It's a mental illness. The shipment may arrive or it may not. They give you reasons like the address is incorrect. I've sent it several times, and I'm still waiting. A week has passed, and every day it's the same thing: my order hasn't arrived. They use artificial intelligence most of the time to talk to customers. Isn't there a phone to talk to the employees? Doesn't this company have any customer service centers? They love to torture customers. I don't recommend this company. It's
terrible, terrible, terrible.
Best Buy was amazing! Stivani saved some Pokemon packs for me, and everyone there was incredibly kind!
