It's was nice everyone was really friendly but it was a long wait to get something
My appliance was missing parts. I tried contacting someone to see if I could get the missing parts, but it is impossible. You cannot talk to anyone in the store, and the online messaging is ridiculous and doesn't provide any answers. So now I need to pack everything up and take it back. What a waist of time and money!
Bestbuy's website lumps similar phones together, making them look identical. I wanted to buy a Samsung Galaxy A54, but accidentally paid for a BLUE A54. I excitedly went to the store to pick it up, but upon removing the plastic from the box, I realized it wasn't a Samsung phone, but a very similar model from another brand. I immediately requested a return and tried to buy the correct model online, but the wait would have delayed my workday, so I decided to return it after get off work. I hadn't even turned on the phone, but when I returned later that evening, Bestbuy customer service insisted on charging me an additional $45+. I explained that a return fee shouldn't apply to an unused product that was only processed within a few hours of the day and had only the plastic removed. However, the customer service representative ignored my concerns and continued to proceed. My first purchase and return experience with Bestbuy, both online and in-store, was a complete mishap, a stark contrast to its name: Worst Buy.
