Shopping for a small stereo system. All adds indicating you can pick up at the store "in stock" says the ad. So you drive 20 miles across town with fuel prices high and the sales person says we don't stock it, Best Buy will facilitate the sale and then you can pick it up at the store.
READ the fine print somewhere in the online information I guess, never saw it and the sales person didn't show me either.
Shout out to Peter @ Geek Squad. He's a great honest, loyal guy and reassured me about the process of whats going to happen. I left him with my labtop and hope that he can deliver my labtop safely and my info is save. I bought this labtop in February and got warranty but had to pay $180 for more help or them to use the warranty? Annoyed.
The store is huge with a great selection of things for every hobby or interest. The only negative I can say is that there was an exceptionally large amount of employees and just about all of them were extremely pushy and super concerned with what you're doing. I mean like c'mon guys! Can't you just let someone browse the store without constantly asking them if they are finding everything ok? It starts to get a little old...
