My dog chewed up my laptop charger right before finals week at school and I have been stressing trying to get a replacement and couldn’t find it anywhere that would get to me in time for my final. After 2 attempts at Best Buy I wanted to ask for help… everyone was busy and so nobody was available to help but that’s when Diane came to my rescue. Diane was worth the wait for assistance. She stayed and helped me and opened boxes to get me my laptop charger. She’s the reason I’m passing my finals! Thank you Diane for saving me. Get that lady a RAISE!
Staff kept coming to ask if we needed help and that was great!
Do not buy any bike or scooter. They show you the BUILT display bikes and when you buy one it’s in the box. If you build it yourself you void the warranty, which your going to need cause these bikes fall apart constantly and seems to barely make it a year. On top of that once you buy it and then they bring it to you in a box, they can’t build it , and they refuse to return it. Don’t waste your time or money.
