As as bestbuy member I am paying the top tier fee. Gilbert bestbuy will not replace a phone screen protector unless the customer has the original destroyed screen protector. Tempe bestbuy will replace your screen no questions asked as long as you are a bestbuy member. For reference, if a customer registers the screen protector with Zagg, the screen protector is replaced no questions asked. Bestbuy Gilbert and Zagg need to come up with the same end solution for the customer. As I see it, if one has the bestbuy membership through Gilbert bestbuy, the membership is rather useless to the consumer.

They cancelled my tv delivery and installation less than 24 hours. I cancelled the order, purchased on AMAZON for less and will be here this weekend. There is a reason Best Buy is called the showroom for AMAZON.
