I Purchased a new Bosh dishwasher at Best Buy. I was helped by Oscar Duenas, he seemed to know a lot about dishwashers and made sure he price matched the competitors. He also included the installation. It's nice get help from people that know what they're selling and seem to care. They will be installing it next week, I will give an update when that is completed.

If you ever come for Pokemon; Best Buy is NO LONGER enforcing the raffle. FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE. Thanks to a few individuals and short round Hispanic guy that works security. Probably going back to the old ways of bum rushing your spot. If security says you can’t wait around go to Starbucks lot. If they kick you out there tell them “I walked here” they’ll let you stay and secure your spot before the 430/5am cue to line up. Parties responsible for changing the rules on that posted

Paying for a Best Buy Plus membership clearly means nothing when the company refuses to honor its own customer service standards. I am a Best Buy Plus member and recently purchased a laptop for nearly $2,000. After using it for only two days, I decided it was not the right fit for my needs and attempted to return it according to the return policy. What happened next was absolutely unacceptable. When I brought the laptop back, the employee handling my return claimed there was damage to the screen and refused the return. The most frustrating part is that the screen was not damaged when I brought it in. During the inspection process, the employee handled the device carelessly and then used the alleged damage as the reason to deny my return. Instead of helping resolve the issue, I was simply told to “take it up with corporate” if I disagreed. No effort was made to investigate, document the condition properly, or provide any meaningful customer service. As a paying Best Buy Plus member who has spent thousands of dollars with this program company, I expected professionalism and support. Instead, I was treated as if my concerns didn’t matter at all. A company that sells expensive electronics should stand behind its customers and its employees should be held accountable for how they handle customer property. This experience has completely destroyed my trust in Best Buy. I strongly advise others to carefully inspect and document the condition of any product before handing it over to store employees.
