I was very disappointed by the behavior of the Apple employee at Best Buy. He was impolite and showed no respect for customers. This is not the level of professionalism expected from Apple staff.
I bought a phone from these guys. Thought I was saving $100 buying from them instead of the carrier. It was supposed to have been scanned at the counter in some specific manner before I left the store. They just didn't do that part. It cost me several hours with Verizon tech support, a few hours of missed work, a physical trip to another shop, and a bunch of mid-week stress. Fail.

Don’t buy electronics from Best Buy. I spent $20,000 at Best Buy from John and his team. Within 5 months my $6,000 Sony Laser Projector stopped working. I was told if I purchased a Best Buy membership I would have coverage and a no hassle warranty for 1 year. Well after my projector had issues and Best Buy sent out a technician to indeed confirm it wasn’t working, John told me I have to contact the manufacturer and there is nothing Best Buy is going to do to replace or repair it.
Best Buy was once known for good customer service, but that’s apparently gone now. Don’t buy from here and don’t let them try to tell you they will warranty your expensive electronics.
I do not recommend Best Buy at all. Just buy from less expensive online retailers.
