Honestly I hate best buy sadly if you don't want to buy tech from Amazon and you don't want to drive to micro center. You basically only have one choice so I went got a gaming controller slightly overpriced and the workers were a little rude but honestly its possible that I was rude because I hate best buy but like 2 out of ten would recommend you go anywhere else if you have a choice

I had a very bad experience with the Best Buy repair store—not once, but twice. Don’t bring your laptop here for repair; there are plenty of local stores that can fix things quickly and fairly.
First time: I had an LCD connector issue. Best Buy told me it would cost $1,000 because you should replace the motherboard. I decided not to proceed, got my laptop back, and took it to a local shop—they fixed it for just $50. I didn’t leave a bad review then, thinking maybe it was just a mistake by them.
Second time (a year later): I had another laptop with a broken LCD. The laptop worked fine except for the screen, so I just asked them to replace the LCD. Since the local shop was closed on the weekend, I tried Best Buy again. This time, they insisted multiple parts needed to be replaced—keyboard, RAM, and more—just to inflate the cost.
They clearly try to add unnecessary repairs and make the bill much heavier. I will never go back, and I strongly recommend avoiding this place.

I have a waiting for been helping around 40 min and went away 😢 It was really slow in store, because I coming around 8 pm.
So I’m very sad about their service
