I have been to many Beat Buys. I rarely get any service. This time I was lucky to meet Brian. He definitely answered all my questions and guided me to the right decision for what I was looking for. Ask for him if you don’t want to roam around after someone pointed you to go there rather than walk there with you. Thanks Brian for taking the extra steps.

Poor customer service! On 4 different visits. I'm not returning. Best wishes in repairing the staff's rude and lackluster behavior. I shopped at 2 separate locations. Choose to purchase a TV, and it took an absurd amount of time to get checked out and receive the TV. At most, this visit should have been a 25 maybe 30 minute transaction. I knew what I wanted. No one before me to be helped. And I had my CC in hand ready to pay. It's was definitely a frustrating 75 minutes. Even waiting for a manager became very difficult. I never raised my voice, nor did I miss behave. Even though it was warranted after 45 minutes. I'm not sure who I would point the finger at ...the entire team had lackluster behavior and lack of interest. 1/5 stars!
They get 1 star because I did get the TV.

I went in looking for a home theater system. They have a full home theater section in the back of the store, so you can see listen to many of the options in person. I walked to the back of the store, and right away, I was helped out. The gentleman showed me all the options, walked me through the required setup, and even helped me look at alternatives. Whether you know what you want or if you need a place to start, the home theater people at Best Buy are very knowledgeable and can help you find the right option.
