I'm giving Best Buy 1 star rating OVERALL not so much this store. but this is the store I bought over 15k worth of audio equipment. KEF META, Receivers the "works" I had them come over my house and consult me and i' bought all the stuff. WARNING! WARNING! to others. DO NOT purchase its USELESS total protect plan This plan has ALOT of fine print for your coverage. FIND an alternative 3rd party. Another WARNING! If your membership lapse/ cancels because your card of file changes for any reason. They will will ONLY send emails to you, if it falls on Spam folder or not. This the SO called way they communicate with you. According the "rep in the accounts management department." Its overseas for sure. So if you miss that email your DONE. And it doesn't auto renew you are FINISH. No coverage! again all items bought for years WILL NOT be covered. Even if you renew it. Another "fine Print". The staff at this location and many locations at best buy are awesome. The account management "overseas" team. is why I'm giving this the lowest rating. HOPE THIS HELP others.
All the other big box stores are long gone, all the electronics emporiums, but Best Buy lives on because of great service, the key to business success
