Bought a new iPhone with the promise of a $27 credit for 3 years. 3 months later I finally received my credit for $11????? Did everything right exactly as they told me. Came in 4 times wondering where my credit was, in the 3 months while I was waiting. Supposedly escalated several times but never received an email that was promised by Valerie and Brandon(manager). Now I’m back and they are escalating again as we are a long ways away from what was promised. I now want to return phone but they said nope. I could have bought a new phone anywhere but chose to come here. Big mistake. Save yourself the headache.

Hi, Derek, Credits are normally issued by your carrier and not by Best Buy Directly. Many credits would depend on device trade in options or upgrade or new line activations. Never shopping Best Buy again, ever! This Ai when calling is junk and so horrible to deal with. This is horrible. Best buy has switched to outside company to receive calls. You can't talk to someone in store. Instead you have to call several times before you get a live person who can understand & communicate good enough in English. Horrible, never doing business with Best Buy again. Bring back talking to real people in-store!!!!!! To many times has the call center made huge mistakes and when I drive to the store there is a problem. It wastes my time, gas, money, to go back and forth to get resolved.
