This review deserves lower than a one star.
Worst customer service ever!
I entered store at around 1130am, no security at the front. Someone came up to ask me if I needed help after I was standing there looking at the signs up above.
I was told the Geek Squad maybe able to help me.
I walked over to the area, 4 people sitting in chairs. Two clerks helping someone at the counter.
I stood there waiting for one of the clerks to say ANYTHING to me. NOTHING, finally I left. No signs says anything about waiting time or someone would be with me shortly.
After this awful experience thete is no way I will ever give any business to this store.
