Bought a fridge from here a little over a year ago and it is broken and it is not worth fixing. I called customer service to see if there was anything they could do - even if it was just store credit. Got absolutely no help. I understand they only offer a year warranty and we didn’t purchase extra warranty on it but it’s been a year and four months and we spent $1600 on this new fridge and still offered nothing. This is the type of quality they want for the products they sell? I’ll never go back to Best Buy.

Booked my appointment here for a radio change on my 2015 Silverado on May 6, and the whole experience was great from start to finish. Both staff members were welcoming, professional, and very knowledgeable. Tony especially took the time to walk me through the pros and cons of the device I purchased and helped me make the best decision without making me feel pressured at all.
The installation process was smooth, communication was clear, and they treated my truck with care. I really appreciated how patient they were in answering all my questions and making sure I understood everything before moving forward. It’s hard to find honest and trustworthy service these days, and this place definitely delivered.
Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality audio/radio work and excellent customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back for future upgrades.
