Um, took me 15 minutes to check out on a weekday, mid afternoon. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable, but.......

Let me paint you a picture: I spent my hard-earned money on the JBL Clip Bluetooth Speaker three weeks ago, full of hope, full of excitement, full of absolute naivety. I should’ve just lit the cash on fire — at least that would’ve produced a satisfying sound.
This thing sounds like a dial-up modem having a panic attack. I’ve heard better audio quality from a toddler humming into a paper cup. I genuinely think the speaker was designed by someone who has never heard music before in their life.
But here’s where Best Buy really said, “Hold my beer” — I went to return this glorified paperweight and was told, “Sorry, you’re outside the 15-day return window.” THREE WEEKS. I’ve had leftovers in my fridge longer than 15 days. My Netflix subscription I forgot about has lasted longer than 15 days.
OH, BUT WAIT — if I were a Best Buy Total or Plus member, I’d get a FULL 60 DAYS to return it. So the moral of the story is: pay Best Buy a monthly fee, and they’ll treat you like a human being. Don’t pay it, and you’re on your own, pal. Enjoy your garbage speaker. Hope it brings you as much joy as a flat tire.
So here I am, stuck with a $90 Bluetooth brick that connects to my phone about as reliably as my WiFi during a storm, writing a review because it’s the only form of justice left available to me.
Would not recommend. Zero stars. Godspeed
PS: not to mention I had my damn receipt and original packaging and I still can’t catch a break with these return Nazis.
