Kota and other personnel were helpful when I brought in my 17 year old tv for recycling and purchased a new set.
I purchased 3 tv’s on Christmas Day to all be delivered on Jan. 9th so I could take the day off and be here in the 12 hour window. No call the day before to narrow the time down, no email. I happen to check my order this morning and see I need to schedule a delivery appointment for two of the tv’s. Not long after geek squad calls from the Greeley store to tell me the two tvs are not there so I can reschedule it all or get one tv today. He comes he’s cool outs the tv up on the wall and tells me the manager will call me to schedule for them to install the other two tvs soon. 6 hours later, no call. So I call and the next appointment date is Jan. 24th now. Don’t takes a month to order televisions from Best Buy and have them delivered and installed because you guys put them on the Longmont truck yesterday and not the Greeley truck?

Had to get my cell phone and my laptop checked out by the Geek Squad. You have to wait awhile if they are busy but rest assured, they will take there time with you also. Great people who know there business and take the time to explain what needed to be done. Will definitely use them again if needed.
