Best Buy blows. I dropped my computer off, was messaged about a part and couldn’t call the store, without being routed to a completely unhelpful India call center. Despite having geek squad support - I get no support. No longer a Best Buy customer..,

My family and I have purchased several large appliances from Best Buy over the years. A few of those times we were lucky enough to have Supervisor Jon W. assist us. Jon is highly knowledgeable on all products and he's the reason we chose Best Buy over other stores. Thanks Jon!
Found what I needed, but the associate I dealt with really shouldn't be in customer service. Extremely rude.
