Horrible customer service! Shame on both the store and their call center! My husband and I purchased a brand new monitor and PC yesterday. The employee helping us (I cannot remember his name) had to of put the information in wrong. The items we wanted were not at the store and we had to have it shipped. Basically after updating and verifying our shipping address, they still somehow messed it up and half of my order is being shipped to another state! How does this happen!? To add the cherry on top, after being treated horribly by someone named Edgar at their call center, I went to the store and was essentially told that I could either buy what I wanted again (essentially they wanted me to pay another 1,600 so I could have it today) and return the PC when it’s delivered, or I could try and get ahold of the carrier to have it rerouted. Y’all are the ones that messed the order up, and already have our money, but I have to wait a week to two for y’all to go through your processes! Absolutely ridiculous, especially because no one at your call center or store knows what they are talking about. I absolutely refuse to do business with Best Buy again and I will more than likely be returning the PC and Monitor when I receive it and take my almost $3,000 to a different company. DO NOT SHOP HERE!
