We had a really excellent experience shopping at the Greeley location this evening, trying to make a decision on replacing a large (75" TV). As we all know, it can be a daunting process, as the options are many and the technology is continually changing.
Emmanuel Hernandez was fantastic to work with. Guiding us through the technology options, patiently explaining the differences, without being pushy.
When I told him we needed a few minutes alone to discuss our options, he gave us plenty of time and space, yet was available when we were ready to continue.
Emmanuel has been well trained and is very knowledgeable about the models and choices that are carried in the store.

Horrible employees. They don’t know where anything is at. They need to cross train employees they couldn’t get me a ring camera. They had us waiting for 30 minutes and left home empty handed!

Tati was super helpful. She explained everything to me perfectly and seemed very honest. It was so easy to get the perfect computer I needed with her help. Perfect example of a great employee right there💯
