I can't explain how horrible they are. Stay away. And definitely don't get geek squad.
Was great! It had all I needed.
First time in this store, I was in the store for not even 15 minutes, and was approached 4+ times to ask if we were finding everything alright. Literally made me uncomfortable so I left. Like for real chill
Been dealing with Best buy for many years what a poor excuse for a store fruitville Pike in Lancaster.
Arrogant obnoxious salesperson. I asked for an Amish flip phone. Everyone knows what that means but I got corrected. Then I made it very clear by asking what type of phone the Amish are using
Not a big sale for him so the kid started correcting in harassing me. Then he said he was joking. I said no I'm not joking, he continued trying to correct me. No doubt he had to be right. I'm not sure what his problem was but he was arrogant & obnoxious. He wouldn't stop, he had to be right. It actually turned into a shouting match buy me telling him to stop. He finally had to stop hollering at me.
They acted like a child who couldn't get his own way.
What a great answer Ruby from corporate I don't have any social media nor do I ever want any social media. Watch your recorded incident..
