How do I check product availability at the Lancaster Best Buy?
BestBuy.com will have the latest product availability information. Check back frequently, as product availability may change. The employees need to be more versed in BestBuy policies. Especially when they changed. This location no longer is Apple Certified and none of the employees knew that it had been revoked 2 months prior

Poor customer service. I wanted to see if I could return something g for store credit and was told I need to speak with a manager, I said okay. Then she never got the manager. I finally just said it was fine and left.
