Ordered a washer for my aunt they showed up 2 hours late never brought a single tool inside my house took one look at the hookup and said cant do it.. so if that isn't bad enough then they leave the washer sitting in the garage in a puddle of water blocking her vehicle from being pulled back Inside.... absolute WORTHLESS PEOPLE WERENT EVEN HERE 10 MINS... I CALL THEM AND THEY DONT GIVE A SHIT
I was looking for somebody to help me pick out a gaming laptop, but I got the cold shoulder; nobody even cared to offer help. I was waiting, and other people came in 5 minutes later and received instant service. The benefit of buying something in-store is that you don't have to worry about shipping. I'm willing to pay a little extra for quality customer service, but this place doesn't have it.
Just drove an hour and a half for a scheduled install and my parts are at a different store. They wouldn’t price match what I purchased at in the cities (where my parts are at), I now have spent more money on gas and my TIME and they (Best buy) lost any future business!! Ultimately, I will be returning my parts in Eagan store for a full refund and go to a garage and have them install and purchase from another location that do not treat there customers who spend money and time with their store.
The “general manager” stated he has zero control over any reduction on prices and told me I was wrong for thinking he could.
Thanks for wasting my time on a not so great day to drive an hour and a half for an appointment! Now I’m driving to Eagan so 2 hours back and returning that!
Made it to Eagan to learn this “general manager” canceled my order and now I can’t even get the price and take it with me!! The Eagan supervisor tried to get me the original price. I won’t ever EVER purchase here again!
