Driver lied and sent message stating tv was delivered, guess to save his ass. I got to store when I get off due to customer service saying I can pick it up and boom store says tv is still on truck..terrible BestBuy. Still don't have my tv amd still on phone with ppl trying to figure it out...

Waited for over an hour to be help we talked to 3-4 employees a few were telling us that someone would be right over but the other guy was kind of rude. When we did get helped the guy was super nice. We talked to another customer who said he had been there for over 2 hours and still wasn't getting helped when we finally left.
