I also have bought several unlocked phones from Best buy over the years and I've always had great luck with my phones. I have bought a stereo receiver there several years back that still works great today. I will continue to make purchases from there in the future.

4 stars. We visited Best Buy in St. Cloud on a Sunday to purchase a Mother’s Day gift for my wife—a reMarkable tablet. The store opened at 11:00 a.m., and the parking lot was already filling up just before opening. We knew the item was in stock and checked in at the help desk upon arrival. Although we had to wait about 15–20 minutes for assistance, the staff member who eventually helped us was knowledgeable and friendly. Once we received help, the purchase process went smoothly. The store was clean, well-organized, and had good energy for a busy weekend. Overall, a solid experience—we’d return again.
