Bad experience went in around 7pm. I asked a group of 3 employees where are the cameras got looked at, and ignored they started there conversation with each other again. I asked a different employee they pointed me in the direction of the cameras. I asked a guy for help and he said he wasn't very knowledgeable about the cameras which I do respect, he also said no one is very knowledgeable there about the cameras such is valid. But when they got someone over to help me they literally just stood there. Didn't awnser any questions about anything. Made me look everything up on my phone didn't check there inventory. Never let me look at the case of the camera to read what it all featured. I was fully prepared to spend 400-800$ but once I realized the rep was not going to be of any help I ended up having to tell her that I didn't need any more " help" . Just so I could leave.. Overall 1 out of the 5 employees I spoke with gave me respect and time of day. The other 3/4 employees treated me like a nuisance and did not give any effort to help. I've never been treated like that at a place of business ever.

Picked up an online order. Saw they had Pokemon cards, got a few packs of those too. The whole process was smooth and quick. Alivia is awesome! Give her a raise!

Went to get a headset. Go to the checkout and it’s 40 dollars more. Turns out this is a different model. Normally I would understand that, people put things in the wrong space all the time. However this more expensive model has no space on the shelf or barcode within the steelseries display, this is the one they put out there. It’s not possible for it to be in the wrong spot because there isn’t another spot. After 20 minutes of wasting my time since they wouldn’t honor it I realized I should’ve just gone to microcenter. Don’t bother
