Went in today to ask about an item that's been out of stock for months. Scott came up and complimented my shirt and we had a nice conversation for a few minutes. As he was walking away, I asked about the item and he was happy to research it and actually was able to order it for me then and there. He had great customer service and I appreciate him going above and beyond to find the item and chat with him. He made my day and I hope to run into him there again. Thank you, Scott!
