How do I check product availability at the American Dream Best Buy?
BestBuy.com will have the latest product availability information. Check back frequently, as product availability may change. Statuses such as Sold Out or Check Stores may update throughout the season. Products displayed as Sold Out, In Store Only, or Check Stores cannot be ordered by phone. Call Center agents are not able to provide guidance on inventory levels.
How do I check my order status?

Was gonna purchase my phone from them. Called the store number to confirm that they have it in stock. They do, so i told the lady ill be there within the hour. Got to the mall, the store was closed!!! Called the number again and she couldnt say why it was closed bc store was supposed to open at 11am. I was under the impression that she was at the store bc the number was supposedly a direct number to the store. It was already past 12pm! Left at 1pm, and the store still wasnt open. Very unprofessional. Wasted my time, gas, and parking fee going to the mall!!!
