“Ana”- at geek squad. Cant believe the service she provided at the start. She seemed impatient and disrespectful. She had the audacity to tap her acrylic nails repeatedly when she was was waiting for me to just unlock my phone…. Then I kindly advised her to stop tapping her nails because it shows she’s impatient- then she replied it’s bc of her anxiousness… she continued to tap but sparingly. Looked down back at my screen but noticed in my peripheral thinking I didn’t notice- she tight lipped her expression and rolled her eyes. Very disrespected. Then observed how she treated the following clients afterwards… not once did she “tap” her nails and she treated them differently with a smile. Notified leadership. I’m Filipino and no need to treat people with disrespect and make them feel a certain way.

Good experience but sometimes hard to find help while shopping in store. Poor selection of Blu Ray media. Prices can be better online. Hit or miss on finding product.
They did not honor the warranty that I have on my tablet. They were exchanging it but charged me the cost of buying a new tablet because they said it was on sale when I initially bought it but its not on sale now. What was the warranty for then? Before I bought the warranty they told me if anything happens to the tablet such as cracked screen, lost stolen, etc, the warranty would cover it. I will never ever get a warranty from Best Buy ever again. May never even shop here ever again. They are money hungry,
and do whatever they can to just get you to pay more and don't deliver. They are a dishonorable company.
