I had a terrible experience at this Best Buy location. My sister and I walked in and immediately saw the phone we were looking for right in front of us. We went over, checked it out, and were completely ready to buy.
The problem? We stood there for almost 20 minutes waiting for help.
During that time, multiple employees walked past us without saying a single word. Meanwhile, people who came in after us were greeted and helped right away. Not once did anyone acknowledge us. We were literally the only colored customers in the area, and it honestly felt like we were being ignored because they assumed we weren’t going to buy anything.
After waiting that long, I finally asked for help, and instead of being professional, one of the employees rudely told us to “wait” with an attitude. No apology, no effort to assist just dismissive and disrespectful.
At that point, we walked out. This store is unprofessional, unorganized, and clearly has issues with how they treat customers.
Save yourself the frustration and go to the Best Buy near Colorado Mills instead. This location seriously needs better management and accountability.

Would recommmend to take your business elsewhere. No accountability. Salesmen are deceiving and very unreliable. Ryan in geek squad was one of the most unhelpful representatives I have dealt with. If I could give 0 stars I would.
